And I deducted another star because after chewing, a strange, unnatural sticky substance remains in the mouth, which I distrust.

Excellent vitamin C! Good form of Calcium Ascorbate. It is better than ascorbic acid because it does not irritate the gastric mucosa. It is more expensive than ascorbic acid, but when possible, I always try to purchase vitamin C in the form of calcium Ascorbate. everyone knows about the benefits of vitamin C, it boosts the immune system and participates in the formation of collagen for the skin. good brand, safe ingredients! Have completed the whole bottle. Need to take regularly and consistently. One tablet a day is enough for maintenance. Once you have someone in the same house having flu, runny nose, influenza then only you will notice the difference, somehow you won't get infected so easily despite the close proximity. As yet to replenish my stock Vit C but try using natural way by eating an orange a day. Once a family member had a bad flu, straightaway I got infected.
