The only amino acid supplement I've found with a complete complex of amino acids! I've read amino acids are better absorbed when taken as a complete complex. Great ingredients, great value and great price! I'm taking them for overall well-being and especially for post workout recovery as well as my hormone, gut and female issues. I've read that they help balance hormones in women and encourage healthy gut and vaginal bacteria but haven't been taking them long enough to say if they are effective for that. Definitely a must buy just for the workout benefits, anything else is a nice health bonus!

I really love this product. My hair is getting longer, my skin is getting fuller and appears to have fewer wrinkles and the ones that have remained are not as deep. My co-workers have asked me what have I been doing because I seem to have more energy. My muscle tone has also improvedI have stage 3 kidney disease and my numbers have stabilized as well. My nephrologist is very happy with how I am currently doing. I actually have been using this product for about six months. It has been hard to find at times but it has been very beneficial to my overall health.
