I've been using this supplement for about 4 weeks. I can feel somewhat more alert and could help a bit with concentration. but the effect is too week. I take two capsules before 45 minutes of breakfast. It can be formulated much better for this price. it's pricy for minimal effects and low dosage.no after taste and no side effects yet.It should be made with higher potency for this price.I've tried other supplements containing ginkgo biloba and felt better effects in terms of alertness and concentration, and they were much more econonomical.

I'm someone for whom taking supplements has never been easy because most of them inevitably upset my stomach. The study “Oral Administration of Polymer Hyaluronic Acid Alleviates Symptoms of Knee Osteoarthritis: A Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study over a 12-Month Period†in the journal The Scientific World Journal (2012) showed a benefit from taking hyaluronic acid from Hyabest (one of the sources of hyaluronic acid in this supplement). That study used 200 mg of hyaluronic acid, all from Hyabest. These capsules have a total of 120 mg of hyaluronic acid per capsule, only half of which comes from Hyabest. They do recommend 2 capsule a day, which puts the dose over 200 mg of hyaluronic acid, though again, only half of that is from Hyabest. But that's JustMe. (I received this product in exchange for an honest review, and that is what I have offered here.)
