Collagen is so important for the body. It has so many benefits and I will never stop taking it. I personally use it mainly for my skin but it helps so much more than that! This powder is at a great price point which I love. I love and trust the now brand in general and have for years. Their products are all great quality and this powder is of no exception. It's so easy to pop this in any drink you have, mix it in, and go about your day getting your daily collagen boost. It does have a slight taste but nothing awful. Definitely recommend this stuff!

I found that this collagen dissolves very easily, I added it to cold apple juice with water, the taste is very mild and not unpleasant. I believe Now supplements have good manufacturing processes. I also take with another collagen in capsules but not so happy that those have some fillers but they have marine and other collagen. It's quite possible that my nails are growing better but I have only been taking for 21 days so wasnt expecting to see a change so soon. I am really taking for skin, hair and joints so I think still early in the day to comment. Will be ordering some more in the next day or so.
