Now I blend it with vegan milk (coconut, cashew, nuts) and it's ok, it blends well and fast. I have pretty bad gastrointestinal issues in the present and although it is not recommended, it saves my dinner, because I have a lot of problems from a lot of food and now I have a very limited regime, I eat the same 3-5 foods that I am begginning to hate, but at the same time I need a lot of protein for my muscles development, as I am undergoing physical therapy for backpain and for a knee ligament injury. This is the first egg white protein powder I've bought, so I don't have much of a basis for comparison. However, it seems to be good quality, with no additives or unnecessary ingredients. It's unflavored and only has a slight eggy taste. Like many Now products, it's not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, which I appreciate. My only issue with it is that it doesn't always dissolve easily and I have to keep mixing it, which leads to it being fairly frothy. (That's egg whites for you!)

This is my favorite protein powder by far. Clean, no additives, flavorless. It took a while to learn how to mix without clumps - mix with your dry ingredients first (I.e. oatmeal), then slowly add water - hot water is best. It makes the oats fluffy with no added taste. Also perfect for post workout shake - just throw in blender with ice, almond milk and frozen fruit. This is miles better than pea protein, which tastes horrid. Oh - and you can add a bit to make a perfect whiskey sour in lieu of raw egg white!

I have IBS and I've tried so many kinds of protein powders - whey isolate (I'm lactose intolerant so casein was out of the question), pea isolate, vegan friendly low fodmap certified powder - all gave me gas - except this one.
