I started taking it along with my other daily routine and I would definitely not want to be without it; it is now a staple. And I LOVE NOW products! I trust this brand. I’ve used these now and then for years_ even gave them to my service dog when he was older. Just opened and sprinkled on his food a couple times a week. There’s no taste and I have the assurance I’m adding the extra essential minerals that are needed to stay strong and healthy.

Wish it didn't have D3 in it, but it is only 200iu, so until I find another product that has the same minerals profile, this is the minerals that I give to my family. I realized that we all need to be getting iodine and selenium because we have not been eating iodized salt for 10 years! I am a thyroid patient, so I have learned the importance of those two minerals. Plus, I want that extra assurance of at least a small dose of the other minerals that are contained in this formula. I bought 3 bottles and will keep using it until I find something very similar that I like better for some reason. Overall, pretty happy with it.
I was having a hard time getting my Hubby to get all the minerals he needs, He doesnt like taking a lot of pills. So this one helps with that. He doesnt have any issues swallowing them and no upset stomach as long as he takes them with food. With the NOW brand being of good quality I feel this is a good choice.
I bought these a while back and only started taking them regularly recently. My joints had been aching for the last 10 years when I did bench press and squats and also some other exercises until I warmed up. I took these for a month and then started bench pressing again and was surprised and noticed while doing the first set that I had no joint pain. I have lifted over the last few weeks and noticed that the pain has not returned and also that I have been sleeping better - I guess its the magnesium. I take two a day and so far this has been a great supplement. Not sure if everyone will have the same results but so far they worked for relieving aching joints for me.
This product was recommended to me from a dentist along with D3&K2 vitamins.He said he believes that the combination will improve my mouth health, specifically the jaw bone.I am not certain if it is working yet, although I don't know how one would tell other than dental xrays??So far have not noticed any issues and hope there are no side effects in the future.
Not sure what is up with this multi mineral. We've taken different forms of all the nutrients included this without issue yet NOW's Full Spectrum Mineral gives both of us unpleasant side effects such as insomnia and agitation. I only took about 1/4 of a capsule and still had problems with it. Continued on Full Spectrum Minerals for almost 2 weeks but symptoms progressively and unbearably worsened. Stopped taking it and symptoms immediately ended. Started back on it and symptoms immediately returned. When my hubby took it his sleep was negatively affected right away.
