I believe in Joint powder. I have been taking for 28 years. I believe this is the reason my knee joints are still well, at age 78. Most people I know, have had both knees replaced, plus hips, or need to be replaced & keep putting it off. I put the powder in either my protein shake or Vite C drink. I use 2 tsps in my first cup of coffee every day. It’s a fine powder that dissolves instantly, and there’s no noticeable flavor! My fingernails used to break easily and are now much stronger and seem to grow faster. That’s something I only remember happening when I took prenatal vitamins. Also, I do think my hair is shinier/silkier. It seems to tangle much less (and it is long, so that can be a problem). Also, the big canister doesn’t work great with a short coffee spoon, so I transfer it to a small container that I don’t have to put my whole hand into. I rely on Now Foods for much of my supplementation needs. This is also one of the life savers when it comes to my joint issues. With this, I can’t see immediately results so may need to wait 4 or 5 days to see improvement. Of course, your joints won’t be healed in 4-5 days with this but it will support mobility and reduce pain. For me, one downside is not being able to use it in hot beverage. Collagen powders are not much pleasant in taste so drinking with water is like a chore to me. If I were able to consume it in hot tea/ coffee then it would have been seamlessly a part of my pleasurable coffee drinking experience.
