The size of the capsules 500 mg Vitamin are bigger than my former label, but good quality. The acidity gives light stomach ache, but I guess, itβs the ingredient (vitC). Absorption is better with lipsomale Vitamin C than just Vitamin C, it gives more energy.

Great product, good price, very well absorbed, a bit too big capsule size for me.
I used to make my own liposomal C , it is the best form of vitamin C , then I found this in capsule form and it is so much easier to take. It makes all the difference in how I feel. I will definitely buy it again!
it doesnt upset my stomach at all, which i had with other vit c. easy to swallow and hopefully helpful for my long covid. seems great quality. the package is practical, lid closes solid. will take 2 a day for the near future . no taste whatsover, the capsules seem great quality overall.
