I usually take 5,000IU per day, combining 4 drops of this product and another D3 supplement from Now Foods. It helps to increase my D3 level, but very slowly, near 3 ng/ml per 2 months (I now have 56 ng/ml). I agree with other reviewers, the dropper is very annoying, drops go down very slowly, and it also can leak.To sum up, I like the price ($19.75 per 30ml for Uzbekistan without any discounts in Aug 2023) and concentration of D3 and K2 vitamins, but I was expecting more effect.

I like this product because the level of vitamin D it contains allows me to add further amounts from another source to control my intake depending on how much omega-3 is contained in my diet on any particular day. Although the drops are quite stubborn, especially at the start of bottle usage, this speeds up as the bottle empties with time. Mk-7 is one of the best forms of Vitamin K2 so I would rate the quality of this product as very high. I would also recommend this as the NOW brand is a reputable and long-established brand.

I used to like this supplement. Good dose, clean ingredients, variable dosage supporting immunity and generally vitamin D3 deficiencies. It also contains vitamin K2 MK 7 to further support calcium utilisation. However, things change. This supplement now contains sunflower oil & safflower oil which are potentially inflammatory. My opinion now is that vitamin D3 is best sourced from sunlight or UV lamps, not supplements.

I’ve been using NOW Foods Liquid D-3 & MK-7 for a while and I really like it. The mint flavor is pleasant, and it’s easy to take, which I appreciate since I don’t like swallowing pills. I feel like it’s been helping me with my daily vitamin D needs, especially during the winter months. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the dropper sometimes doesn’t work perfectly, but overall, it's a good product!
D and K2 are best taken together to reduce negative effects on calcium into the bloodstream instead of bones so I always choose a combo product. These drops are really great so I can supplement my kids when they are unwell or when not getting much natural D in winter. Only a drop or two in a smoothie and they don’t taste it. Would be too strong for them to take undiluted. Only peeve with this product is that the drops don’t come out easily or cleanly but a small negative for an other great product. They are never really sick for more than a day if that by using zinc and vitamin c as well as this product
I wanted to use these drops since they are convenient in order to take it multiple times every day. However, I ended up not using this and purchasing an unflavored option. I normally like mint, but the taste of this was so overpowering that it made me feel sick to have to drink it every day.My husband is taking this since he has an actual diagnosed vitamin D deficiency and a genetic condition that affects his immune system. I'm taking it because I thought it might help me since I'm a bit of a vampire and don't get enough vitamin D from the sun :). I also don't drink milk due to lactose intolerance.

As soon as you see air bubbles going up, it means it started working.Personally I would recommend this product to others.
