I was recommended to add this supplement to my regime to explore its effect on reduction of my migraines. I chose this particular brand due to the pureness of the ingredient and the dosage - 500mg.Niacin is a vitamin that typically causes widening of the blood vessels and since migraine headaches are associated with constriction of blood vessels in the brain, niacin has been examined as a potential therapy for migraines. I am not sure if niacinamide affected in separate or it is a combination but I do observe a certain level of reduction in my pains. The size of the pills are medium with no taste thus easy to consume on a daily basis.

This one is one of my favorites among my 100 herbal supplements that deserves 6 stars. This is a must supplement for me. Niacinamide, vitmain b3 is a solar plexus chakra material. This form is active form. Passive form is said to cause flush although I have not tried passive form myself. But I loved this product. No flush. And repairs solar plexus chakra and does good job ! And I love and trust this brand ! And another great point is the price for the value.. I got very high value for a very good price and I appreciate it ! The only advice I'd give for the brand is that I couldn't find 250 capsule variant of this bottle. I have ordered 2nd bottle of 100 capsule variant. Recommended !

I am not a professional but I know from my studies that NAD ingredient of this niacin promotes anabolic reactions such as the synthesis of cholesterol and fatty acids and plays an important role in maintaining antioxidant function in cells ( which girl doesn't want antioxidants?). I buy this niacin as part of my ketogenic supplements and the daily dose is 6 capsules. I think the most obvious benefits are helping the nervous system, fighting skin ageing and helping with sleep. Also this one is completely niacin flush free, highly recommended!
