I was taking this Now Foods Omega 3 for about a month. A whole list of complications arised, such as an irritated gut, brain fog (the very thing it's supposed to help with). But the worst of all, my foot started to go numb. I was thinking it was a problem with other vitamins so I stopped them. Kept taking fish oil for a about two more weeks, but the numbness got worse continued to crawl up my leg. I thought I was going to have to get my leg chopped off. I even started to feel numbness on the top of my head. There was a blister seal (that was intact on delivery), which some of the cheaper brands do not have. Packaging generally speaking was robust and contained a small deoxidising/dampproofing sachet.I would recommend taking this product with food, as it sometimes causes indigestion if you don't. I am yet to crack one open to taste it, but from the clarity of the capsules, I would imagine the taste would be neutral.Overall, would highly recommend
