Doesn’t thicken much, you have to add a lot to get any kind of mouth feel or flavor and even then it just makes whatever you’re drinking taste like flour. Tried it in my tea and the only difference was the change to a caramel color, it did not enhance my tea the way other almond milks or other oat milks do. It also doesn’t dissolve well in the hot water and leaves clumps.

This is nice to have on hand if you only use oat milk occasionally and want a shelf-stable option. However, I think the powdered soy milk from the same brand makes a creamier, tastier plant milk.

Makes rubbish milk, but it's great to use as a substitue ingredient in baking mixes to add the benefit of oats because it is a fine flour.Taste it is a gentle oaty flavour, but not for a drink .Size and quality of the package offers a decent amount if you are looking to add it as a part sub flour for occasional baking.
I put it into my coffee every morning when I have a breakfast. I found it takes time to dissolve but the taste is great. I use it for cereal too. It really tastes like oat and it is better than liquid oat milk.
I first purchased this product when I was no longer able to find my preferred oat milk at the grocery store. However, after purchasing this oat milk powder, I am very pleased with being able to use the powder instead of the other. I use this powder in my smoothies, and it mixes quite well, and I especially love to know that this product is organic. I will continue to use this product on a regular basis. I use 1 to 2 tablespoons per smoothie.
Difficult to dissolve, extremely clumpy. Tastes fine but just frustrating to get lumps in coffee after stirring and stirring with boiling water or even microwaving. I really wanted to love this, really wanted to have a powder form of oat milk easy to store in the pantry when I’m running out of the liquid form of the milk. Disappointed and dunno whether I’ll be able to finish this one bag or discard the whole thing.
Tastes great, good price. I'm a very happy purchaser of this stuff. I almost bought a more expensive version that would have been imported, but I ordered this instead and have no regrets. The shipping was crazy fast too!
