The capsule size is not too big. It's easy to swallow with some water and doesn't leave an after taste. I take it on an empty stomach to maximize absorption. The problem is that the cap is very loose. It hardly holds the cap rim. It's so bad that if I flip the bottle upside-down with the cap closed, it will open by itself and the pills will fall out.
