Not sure if it's placebo, but I feel like I feel sort of 'better' when I take these. They smell horrendous. Truly, just properly repulsive. But they go down easily, so you only have to endure the stank briefly. I'll take these now and then when I feel like I need a boost, even if it's placebo. I don't think I'd repurchase these religiously, but if it's on sale or if it's offered (which would be strange, frankly), I'd take it.

I suffer from allergies and asthma. My allergist has tried for several years now to get me to start taking shots to alleviate my allergies but I have always refused. Once I found this supplement I no longer need any OTC medications to help with my allergies. This supplement is a miracle worker!!!
