Excellent quality pasta that seems to be relatively easy to digest. Unlike some of the other whole grain pastas, it does not cook up really tough or have a grainy/gritty texture to it. The flavour is quite nice and not unusual in anyway. However, I do wish the package was larger: 8oz is only really two meals for me, so it would be helpful to have something at least twice as large. One should also note that this is not 100% quinoa pasta, if that is what you are looking for. Ingredients include rice and amaranth in the mix. It might be a good idea to make that clearer in the name

The size is enough for several servings. The package is made of paper. The ingredients are clean. I use it quite often when my guests come. I can recommend!

I really like the taste of this quinoa spaghetti. It does taste different from the regular spaghetti and the rice flour versions. Now Foods is a great brand that uses quality ingredients. It's nicely packaged and will be enough for a family of four. I would suggest that you rinse it, after cooking. Also add 3 or 4 minutes to the cooking time, as it will not be done if you follow the directions on the box.
I recently tried this nutrition supplement, and I've got mixed feelings. The taste isn't great, but mixing it helps. It's not cheap, but I feel more energetic since I started using it. Not sure if it's just in my head though. The texture can be a bit off, so you need to mix it well. Packaging could be better; it never seems to seal properly. It's more pricey than the basic ones in the grocery stores, and unfortunately there are a few strange things we found. First, the volume seems much less than the weight and serving size say. Our scale may not be calibrated to 100% accurate but shouldn't be too far off, and the serving size doesn't add up. The box says 4 servings and each is 56g but half the box of cooked pasta only amounts to a small bowl. So it looks like the portion is half less. Second, after cooking for a short while, the water starts getting very milky. Third, it takes longer to cook than regular pasta. The taste isn't that great either. This won't be on our rebuy list again.
