I was taking soybean lecitin and didn't feel good with it. I switched to powdered sunflower lecitin. I would put it in my oatmeal each morning. I tried the sunflower liquid lecitin with the hopes that I could mix in a drink for my evening meal. Unfortunately it is not liquid but extremely oily and gooey. This morning I even tried it in my oatmeal but it was so sticky that it didn't totally come off of my spoon. The taste was not pleasant at all. I'm going to continue with powdered sunflower lecitin.Sunflower Lecithin is supposed to be good for lowering bad cholesterol (LDL).

I think I may be doing something wrong. I have no clue what though. The lecithin assist with combining my ingredients a little bit, but not as much as I would like. This liquid is kinda difficult to dissolve too. I have dissolved in warm water & hot water with different results. It does not dissolve in cold liquids. I've stirred mixtures for excessively long periods of time to get the lecithin to dissolve. The only fool proof way to get it to dissolve completely with little effort is to throw it in a blender with warm liquids. Incorporating it into something is effort too as this is so much thicker than molasses. I give it four stars bc I see it has potential to do what I want but I just need to research a little bit more for my specific needs. I am excited to try ... I used to buy those in capsules and I’m glad to see they have it in liquid format now. The liquid format makes it incredibly convenient to incorporate into my diet, whether I'm adding it to smoothies or recipes. Sunflower lecithin has numerous health benefits, such as supporting brain function and aiding in fat metabolism, and I've noticed positive effects since including it in my routine. Plus, this particular brand is high in quality and doesn't have the strong taste that some lecithin supplements do. If you're looking to boost your overall health, I recommend giving this product a try.

Lecithin is an absolute must for anyone looking to lower cholesterol count the natural way. Lecithin is a natural fat emulsifier, but also will emulsify cholesterol straight out of your body. I'm not making health claims, but I am stating my own experience and that of my mother. She had heavy blockage in the carotid arteries on both sides prior to using lecithin, and within the first six months the blockage cleared about 75% on both sides. I used it and dropped about 100 points of cholesterol, and between my mom and I we dropped about 300 points of cholesterol in the first six months. Choose this if you want to incorporate it in cooking - to replace some butter in some recipes, for example. There is a peculiar taste to it, but you can add it to many foods. ALWAYS ... ALWAYS choose sunflower over soy, since there is danger of cross-GMO contamination of even the most 'organic' soy on the market, due to cross-pollination which cannot be controlled.
Lecithin is a naturally occurring fat found in many plant and animal sources.Lecithin is a term for a group of yellow-pigmented fatty substances. Lecithins generally contain groups of phospholipids, which are key structural and functional components of cell membranes in all animals and plants.Lecithin maintains and stabilizes fat in many food products. They also provide texture to many foods and increase their shelf life. Lecithin has the ability to bind water and fat sources, making it a common additive to many desserts, chocolates, salad dressings, meat products, and cooking oils. The liquid one has the strongest flavor and taste, than the powdered and granulated, so far which might not suit everyone.

I was trying to find a liquid sunflower lecithin for my toddler son.. This is good quality and price especially. But, it is VERY thick and hard to portion because it glops out so quickly. The taste is what you would expect of lecithin, nothing surprising there.. the normal bitter nutty taste. The health benefits are amazing, I just wish it had worked for my son. it is too thick for him to take and doesnt mix very well in liquid. Im sure it is just fine for adult use.
