NOW oils are usually a good buy for the money, I use them only for aromatherapy and have no great expectations. I actually love their mints and clary sage oil and use Lemon for my cleaning and laundry. This one is terrible, I actually threw it out. I almost never throw away oils, the not so good ones still can be used for cleaning products, garbage liner scenting, etc. This oil is un-usable. For those who tried it, it's the same as their rose oil, the only other oil I ever remember throwing away.

There is very little science to show this works to treat disease, but also very little to show it doesn't. So we are on our own with this one. It is possible to take too much and die, so don't take it all the time in high doses. My own anecdotal evidence shows this works pretty well for stomach bugs if taken early and maybe helps with colds/flu. I suspect it is most effective in the digestive tract but am unconvinced it is absorbed into the blood in order to effect things like flu. When my partner had Norovirus and had severe vomiting and diarrhoea we both took Oregano oil. This did not help her, I assume because the dose was too low to be effective for her. For me I had a very slight stomach grumbling which never became more than that. This oil has exceptional quality. You can see that the product has no mixture, it is 100% pure. I find the scent of tangerine very pleasant, I don't use it for any specific reason, but when using the diffuser I really like the result. The only issue is that you need more drops to get a good result. Some oils with 3 or 4 drops already give you an intense odour, for this tangerine one you will need 9 or 10 drops.
