I've been using fish oils for 30 years. I originally started them to improve my skin; it worked in that regard--over several weeks my skin improved dramatically. What I didn't count on was the amazing difference it made for my joints. Arthritis was starting to set in. My fingers, knees and other joints were stiff and painful much of the time. My pregnant wife uses this as.we have read that it helps with fetal development especially brain and overall immune health.She also started taking it and feels like her lower back pain has reduced greatly. The pill is easy to swallow and since we don't eat a lot of fish to get our levels up, this is helping us maintain our daily intake recommended..

I am very happy with this product. It is Triglyceride Form of Omega-3 and very well priced however if you are after higher EPA and DHA you need to take 3 capsules per day which is very easy to do as the capsule are non mega big, I would say just like size 00 capsules, very easy to swallow. I always open a capsule to smell the oil and so far have not been disappointing, yes they smell fishy but not foul smelling. They do not give me fishy burbs or aftertaste. No nausea or upset tummy. They do however lower my blood pressure when I take 4 per day. iHerb provide me with good customer service and they pick,pack and post my order very quickly and provide a wonderful DHL service which delivers my order in a timely manner. The over all service is fabulous, Thank you.
It works well . The quality is good. I didn't find any strong changes, they taste normal. My nervous system wasn’t improved, metabolism wasn’t changed.
Outstanding fish oil that is different from all the others as it is in the natural triglyceride form, not the overly-processed form that most brands use that can actually harm your health. After having taken regular fish oils from different brands for years, I switched to this Now Tri-3D and FINALLY got outstanding improvements on lab work in my Omega-3 level and 3-to-6 ratios! And each year, they just keep getting better and better. This product WORKS! (Oh, and to get this fantastic improvement, I even used LESS than the other regular fish oils as you get more benefit from less product with this type of fish oil.)
