I've used this product for a while. Lately though my nails have been seriously deteriorating. I didn't understand why. Now I smell the bottle I've been using for past 30 days has an awful smell. They must be a bad batch. Very frustrating since they are not returnable and my nails look worse then they have in years. The bottle says best by 08/2024. It is now 05/2023, so not expired. Lot3266033. I'll be throwing these out and canceling any future Website orders for it. I guess sitting on hot Express truck for deliveries could have damaged them.

I don't know if they work for hair, skin or nails because about a week after taking them, with no other changes to my diet or supplements I developed a horrible rash on my chest. The daily dosage of these pills contains 16,666% of the recommended daily value of Biotin.. and I have now learned that too much biotin can cause allergic reactions. Also they have a horrible smell but no taste. Bought 2 bottles and hope to be able to return the unopened one.
I trust this brand, so the choice fell on this complex. It contains everything you need for your skin, hair and nails. The composition is similar to Solgar. I am glad that biotin contains 5000 mcg. In general, the ideal dosage of biotin for hair growth is 10000 mcg. Therefore, it is advisable to add another 5000 mcg to this complex separately for a better result. There are no horse dosages of vitamins in the composition, which is also an undoubted plus. The composition is good, let's look at the result.

I tried many vegan skin, hair, nails supplement and I like this best because it has 5000mcg biotin and many other vitamins. Great quality ingredients. Taste is okay. Pill size is okay too. My hair is a lot thicker now but I also apply castor oil and sometimes aloe vera. But I believe I benefit from this because I have less hair fall too.
I use this to take my make up off at night, as a body lotion and a hair conditioner pre wash. Removes eye make up easily with out harsh chemicals (because I have very dry sensitive skin and eyes followed by a baby wipe) I use it after I shower and especially after shaving to help hydrate skin and calm razor burn and every week I use it in my hair to help rehydrate my dry curly damages hair. Works best as a make up remover and on skin. Idk if it possible to save my dry hair so I can't discredit it for that use. Haven't used it for food. But it smells super yummy. A little grainy. And I have to fend off my dog after using it on my legs so I'm assuming it tastes yummy too.
I just started to notice results after about a month, with the recommended dose of two caps a day. My nails usually grow pretty fast, so I don't see a change there, but I'm already shedding a lot less hair when I shower/brush, which is the reason I ordered it. I would say it's down by 50-75%, judging by the drain, lol. The only other vitamin I take is folic acid, and I eat a mostly clean, all vegan diet. Very happy with the results so far. Took a plain biotin supplement a couple years ago for the same issue but gave up because after a few months it didn't seem to help. This extra herbal formula seems to do the trick.
Wonderful supplement from Now foods! After Covid, my hair began to fall out and my nails became weaker. I decided to drink the complex right away. I chose this one based on the price and reviews. There are all the necessary substances for the health of these particular parts of the body. For example, collagen, zinc, biotin. I took three capsules a day with meals. I'm satisfied with the results. After a month, my hair began to grow better and my nails became stronger. So I recommend it!
