I recently switched to NOW’s zinc since the size of the zinc content is much more suitable to my body.I used to consume the zinc supplement from another brand So***** but the zinc content is too high (50mg) that it often makes me really nauseous so I couldn’t even have it everyday.Now that I switched to a 30 mg one - and balance it with 3 mg chelated copper - I don’t experience gut irritation anymore.It’s a good quality, non GMO zinc. Good for hair, skin, hormones, even helps sleep quality (if you can have at night without getting nauseous).Try consuming it everyday for two months to see a noticeable effect on your body. My friend even mentioned this helps her immune system, she doesn’t get the flu as much as she used to.I’ll buy again so keep restocking

I was looking for a good Zinc supplement to support my Thyroid. I stumbled upon Now Zinc Glycinate. I saw it had good reviews. Also it is not a tablet but a softgel. I prefer softgels over capsules and tablets. But I had mixed feelings with the pumpkin seed oil (most Pufa's are bad). But there was only 250mg of pumkin seed oil in each softgel and half of it is mono unsaturated. Also there are some studies that claim that pumkin seed oil is good for your hair.
