I have been taking this for my joints for quite long time now but my review is what my sister told me about when I recommended this supplement to her. She has arthritis and is very painful especially when she wakes up in the morning. The first time she took 3 capsules it helped a little but then she tried 5 capsules and the pain is gone and now she continues to take 5a day and she is a happy person. She can move her fingers. You can actually take this supplement for joint health just like me I’m 60 years old and I don’t feel my age and with several exercises helps to.

I find this formulation to be one of the best I've used. It's a high strength product and really helps me with my knees and joints. The Now products are always good quality, and having the Glucosamine and Chondroitin in one tablet makes it easier for me to just take 2 of these a day and I'm done. I've definitely seen an improvement since taking these. Tablets are pretty big though so make sure you have no issue taking big tablets before you buy them.

Quality product from Now. Helps joint cartilage, reduce inflammation and pain. Restores connective tissue. Taste is neutral. Tablets are a bit big, but nothing critical. The packaging is nice, and I trust glucosamine for its beneficial ingredients and quality. It’s great for the elderly and those with aging concerns. In my opinion, this product is no worse than more expensive analogues of other brands. My family members of different ages (as there are both pensioners and young athletes) are very satisfied with its quality and effectiveness. Changes in the direction of improvement are really visible very quickly after the start of taking the drug: joint pain gradually subsides and joints become more mobile. After a longer period of use, the connective tissue begins to recover. None of our family members have shown any allergic reactions to this drug and it is absorbed very easily.

NOW Foods, glucosamine and chondroitin are a lifesaver for my elderly mother. I am ordering for her for the second time. Her knees hurt a lot. She takes them seasonally, on the recommendation of a surgeon. And with them she feels much better, she forgets that anything bothered her at all. It is better to drink them with collagen and vitamins C and D for better absorption. Very happy with this product.
