I finally found these as Solgar hadn’t been putting these out lately or iherb can’t get them. Not sure, but I like Royal jelly in soft gels as I think you are getting a fresher form than freeze dried RJ. So when I saw that Now offered them I ordered right away because I trust the brand. I have energy because of the B vitamins and nutrients it usually offers. Royal jelly is a super food that queen bees eat that causes them to grow larger than other bees and live longer.

I take this as a supposed fertility supplement as I have read promising research on it's effects in smaller studies. I can't comment on it's abilities as a fertility supplement as of yet because I have not been on it long enough to draw any kinds of conclusions about that. I can say these pills are very easy to swallow. These are comprised of freeze dried royal jelly, the next best thing to the very expensive raw, fresher royal jelly.
