I much prefer them to the Sunflower Lecithin pure liquid.
Muscle-tested that my husband would benefit from some lecithin, and that this would be a good brand and source. Glad to find sunflower, not soy, as the source.
As a breasfeeding mother, my body has the tendency to have clogged ducts. This is painful and takes a few days to recover. With 2 pills of sunflower lecithin per day, I experience no more clogged ducts. It makes an easier breasfeeding journey for me.
These were recommended by my lactation consultant and have been helping to prevent clogged ducts!

Don't have long-term results yet, but started using daily to support gallbladder just before a very stressful time (son's wedding) and those particular symptoms were not an issue.
