This smells so unique, as if you payed a lot more for it as many youtubers will say "niche quality". They weren't kidding. This surprised me how good it would smell as I bought it blind without trying it off a website. It's got this wild cherry pepsi type scent to it. Yet there are touches of grapefruit, incense and pepper to give it something special. Don't let the incense throw you off it's totally wearable. It's an EDP and projects really well. This one is under rated, everyone just runs out and buys Pulse Of The Night As it dries down some of the sweetness goes away so you're left with this masculine fragrance that is mostly the smoky incense. I got easily 10 hours wearing this and everyone seems to love it.

Amazing edp. Much stronger than the edt but with all the same notes. Longevity of both excellent. I get nose blind after an hour or so but still get comments a few hours later about hoow nice it is, what it is and where can they buy it. Thats from people at quite some distance from me. Its the one that attracts most comments by far and i have a lot of fragrances. Great price too

Bad batch?

I've had several bottles of this scent and it's a great scent. This must have been a bad batch. I've had both the parfum and eau de toilette before and they were just fine. Unfortuantely MyPerfumeShop policy doesn't allow exchanges or returns.

First time I came across this was at Selfridge's in London back in 2014. At first, once the sales advisor put some on my wrist I was not that impressed, however, an hour or so later I just happened to catch a whiff and wow! Such a great smell, I have not even tried looking for another brand of aftershave because I know that I'm going to be using this one for many years to come! Amazing product! (P.s. Didn't buy this at Selfridge's, found it on here and elsewhere much cheaper)

Hidden gem!

I really enjoy this version of Nuit d'Issey to the original. I find this one not as leathery as the original. I get more Vanilla, Tonka bean and Patchouli during the dry down! This smells amazing! Performance and longevity are excellent! I get at least 12 hrs on my skin! Like I said many times, this house never disappoints! 👌 Don't know who the perfumer is behind this version. If you want a scent to last the day buy the Parfume version of any men's fragrance. If you want a scent to last 5 minutes get the Eau de toilette in any men's fragrance. This scent is extremely popular in the LGBT+ community but only by name. It seems to embrace the feminine side of men I'm told but of course that could be a retail assistant's load of twaddle - who knows?

My favorite from the Nuit d'Issey line!

This is definitely my favorite from the Nuit d'Issey line! It's a great sophisticated scent! When I wear this I think of wearing a nice suit on New Years eve! In the opening you get that burst of grapefruit and spices. As it dries down the leather, patchouli and myrrh comes out to shine. The performance is excellent! I get 10 hours + on my skin with 2 + hours of projection. Love this house! 👌🏻Nuit D’Issey Noir Argent by Issey Miyake was launched in 2018. Received the product in a simple cardboard box with no padding to protect the perfume box! - I get excellent packaging with bubblewrap/padding for other stuff, so was a bit skeptical - had to be, since buying perfumes online is a touch and go, you can easily get fake stuff.However, the seller was cloudtail india, hence i took the plunge and opened the perfume - did the cursory checks for date of manufacture/import, serial number on box and bottle etc, fingers crossed, it looks genuine.The bottle is nicely shaped with a flat profile, black in colour. It has this luxurious quality to the scent, it's mysterious yet seductive where you want to gravitate towards them.Who is this for? Possibly high school, a date night fragrance, intimate moments, maybe clubbing. Yet it can be sophisticated where suits and ties to expensive dinners are needed. I'd say teenagers to 45 or so could pull this off. Yet it's your cologne wear it how you want. It's easy to wear. Though winter and fall this scent will excel in. It has this almost Christmas like feel to it. I've shown this to 4 people so far and everyone really liked it. Is it blind buy worthy? If you want to smell like a sweeter incense absolutely.
