I soaked my lawn with a decent hosing even after it had been raining on and off for 2 days. Put the fertiliser on, says to wait 24 hours to water in. Wasn't even 12 hours and I have patches burnt all over my lawn, I quickly watered in but damage is already done. Very peeved off and would never, ever buy this product again. Back to square one again. Absolute waste of money.

Good price. Put it down as per instructions. Says it doesn't need to be watered in but I still did. Been down for a week and already noticed the iron darkening up my lawn. Very happy with it. Nice small pellets to go through the spreader evenly. Will be using again in spring

My lawn was looking quite bald and brown and wanted to look for something to revive it, ever since I started to apply this fertiliser, my lawn is now looking a lot more greener and fuller, it took maybe a few days to a week to see the result. Overall, great product!

We have used this product many times before. This time we had to click and collect, unfortunately the product got wet and has badly clumped. So it has taken a while to break it down so it is useable again. Let’s hope we get out of lockdown soon so then we can select our bags again.
Got an email from Bunnings today. Just bought the Scotts lawn builder. Bit too early for a review Bunnings. But the click and collect at Hawthorn is terrific. I also like the color of the product packaging.
I’ve been using Scotts lawn builder for years. Usually apply twice a year. Make sure you water first or apply when raining with the Scotts spreader. Lawn always lush & green
As soon as I purchased my Scott's Lawn Builder, I put it onto my lawn as I knew rain was coming. Within a short period of a few days and a short water each day, the lawn was already showing signs of growth. Now it is lush and green- couldn't be happier.
We have been using this for our Sir Walter buffalo for years now. Within two weeks of application our lawn is fuller denser and green all the way through to next winter. This fertiliser is great on all varieties of lawn as we previously use it on tall fescue.
I followed all the directions, measured my lawn and exact amount required. Dampened the lawn prior, applied required amount and then watered in. Nothing, absolutely no response. I have watered much more than normal. I applied another lot 18 days later. Same procedure and nothing. For me it has been a waste of money and more water applied. I refrained from owing so that I wouldn't suck up the fertiliser.
Bought this because of so many positive reviews and Scotts is usually a less crappy brand sold at Bunnings. I used it as per instructions and it absolutely fried my lawn. within a week huge patches were dead or dying. The lawn did come back after a couple of months of watering and Seasol but will never use Scotts fertilizers again.
