Brett Baehr in Sales and Miquel in Service have both treated me like I was their best customer. That said, the controller is just what I've been waiting for. I just want to counter the review Fernando who gave this product 2 stars. He definitely doesnt know how streaming works. He was expecting streaming offline? Its not an ipod or a radio. He should have loaded iusing an sd card. He just bought the unit without knowing how dj controller works.

I am sad to be returning this one. It has so much potential. The speakers, screen, faders, and fx are really good. Instantly portable so long as there is wifi. I mention WIFI because there is no OFFLINE Support for any streaming services, which leaves you out of luck if there is no wifi. You will STILL need a laptop even though it has a great screen is supposed to be its main attraction! The Numark Mix Stream Pro Go has so much going for it but it's really missing the MARK.

I've had multiple Numark products become unusable because the low quality rubber they used became sticky to the touch. Literally it feels like I have maple syrup on my hands after touching them. Their customer service refuses to do anything because the items are just out of warranty. Stay far away. Their products are useless within 3 years due to low quality rubber.
You can use Wi-F and stream from beatsource link and tidali, play from an SD card or hard drive using the built in software, use as a controller for Serato or Virtual DJs, and use with soundswitch. It's amazing and probably the most diverse controller on the market and I bought 2. The other 2 star review I just read probably doesn't have a music collection already but it so easy to use the Engine DJ software to add music, beatgrids etc. Couldn't believe how good this is for under 1000 with no computer needed except for maybe library management. You can leave you computer at home for gigs using the built in software or bring it and use Serato DJ if your more comfortable.
This unit is great for all around use. I use it mainly at home for setup for my larger compatible 'Engine DJ' unit in determining if I have the proper songs lined up. Also, a big plus is that I can listen to Amazon unlimited music playlists with the good quality speakers on board. And the unique ability to move around from location to location and not have to be concerned about having a power outlet nearby as its battery makes it extremely portable. I was waiting for a unit to come on the market with these features and now here it is!

Coupled with very reasonable speakers for their size and an excellent built in battery it's spot on. For you're average sized room in a house you probably wouldn't even need to go full volume, and even if you do the sound is still great! In an average garden you can crank it right up and enjoy pretty decent sound. If you do feel the need then there are speaker outputs, although I haven't bothered using them yet as I bought this to use on the go, no set up required, just a full battery. There are better streaming services than Amazon if you have a subscription, but I already have Amazon for my Alexa and if I desperately need key/bpm then I can always connect my USB, Engine Prime has you covered.I won't go into too much detail about the features on the unit. All the most common ones are there and they work ok. The filters and effects are far from the best but they certainly allow for creative DJing. The XY touch effects are great and a really welcome addition to Prime. No sign of stems but with a very simple update process directly from the unit via wifi there is certainly possibility for further updates to come. Check out the various review videos on YouTube for all that sort of thing. In terms of a real world user of this unit though, it gets a massive thumbs up from me! I love it! I've used it at home, in the garden, at a house party and even in the car. Aside from annoying the other passengers you could even technically use it on a plane with a USB if you really felt the need, if it qualifies as carry-on of course...If you're looking for the best quality or the best gear for a club/bar then this is not for you. There are much better controllers for that. For what you get with the Mixstream Pro Go I think its great value that you can use anywhere, and that's why it gets the 5 stars from me!
I bought this purely for remote location streaming as it is battery powered and built in speakers . The speakers r actually pretty decent could have around 8 mates round n still be ok kinda thing . Tested battery 🔋 power can easily do 4 hrs . I run obs on a laptop and the laptop battery died so bought a power bank litrally this controller a camera n a laptop all I need I've heard an update will include a black n white screen as cant see much on the screen Wen sunny. it's no pioneer unit not as responsive but I accept this have a rev 7 at home but ticks all the boxes and tte guys here very helpful bought a bag for the unit too .
I just wanna play mixes for fun and friends. Speakers get loud enough for small gatherings. The price is really great, and the unit is responsive and doesn't feel slow. The product itself feels very high quality, only issue is that the platter came off, but after using gorilla glue it fixed it.
