"Charles really sucks" - But in a good was as it has a very powerful suction and that is what I was looking for - However, some further though on Power lead management would be good

Charles is really easy to move about and can pick up hair and fluff without getting tangled in his brushes. Which can happen with some of the other vacuums I have had. Also being corded he does not run out of power and is excellent for cleaning my tiled floors. So having dog who sheds his fluffy hair and when I have had spills instead of a mop and bucket I now use Charles first.
