We cant have dairy or corn or gluten and most other delicious chocolate spreads have one or more of those ingredients. Fine and Raw make something delicious thats safe for us. And their glass jars are nice to keep and reuse. I recommend pulling off the label as soon as you receive your order. Its much easier to remove then. If it goes through the dishwasher it sort of part way melts and deteriorates. Thats my only complaint actually. That the label is a bit odd. Not paper. But more like plastic. Our jars are sticky after peeling off the labels but Im okay with that. Anyway, we really like this. Its a special treat and one of the seven things my youngest daughter will eat. Were thankful

Nutella is a great addition to kill all your sweet chocolate cravings . It tastes exactly like a chocolate not so dark so can be eaten by all ! Add it to your next smoothie , shake, oats bowl or on your pancakes ! People even enjoy having it in their breads or in coffee. I add just half a spoon and mix it well . It spreads evenly and i don’t need any additional sweetener !! Just half a spoon can go a long way ! As it is high in calorie so one should not consume more than that in a day !
