Good Vitamin D replacement for somebody who has to stay out of the sun, and the added goodness of the Boron and Selenium. I haven't noticed any benefits yet, but early days since I only just started taking it a month ago. I particularly like the shape and size of the capsules - a bit different - and they slide down ever so easy.
I like the small size of these capsules, easy to take. It has a good range of other nutrients such as Boron and Selenium.
Great product. In winter I don't get any sun so this is a great substitute. Would highly recommend!
I was excited about this product as it has a good selection or grouping of vitamins and minerals, but was extremely disappointed to have to write to the company in order to find out that the capsule has gelatin in it. It is NOT marked anywhere on the packaging, a serious fault. Now I have to either toss them (and I hate waste) or cut them open and squeeze out the juice. A big pain to do this!!! Would never buy this again.
