I've now been taking this product daily for 8 weeks and gee I feel so much better.From a former athlete, to someone who needs a walking stick some days, I've struggled being able to get myself to a good baseline where I can get myself back into decent shape.Since taking this product, not only do my hair and nails look great, but my nerve pain has reduced and back/hip/pelvis area has strengthened. I've also lost 4kilos!I have not changed anything else in my diet or routine.Yes there is a dull taste to it, but nothing is truly flavourless.My recommendation, have it warm every morning and your digestive system will thank you.

This product is worth every cent. I have had a bad run of health with IBS and other things. My body was so depleted of what it needed and unfortunately my hair skin and nails suffered horribly. I was depressed with not only how I felt but with the way I looked. Noting was working no matter how much attention I put into my nutrition. I found the collagen body and gave it a go. 6 weeks In I suddenly realised my nails weren't brittle, hair wasn't falling out in clumps and it was noticeably fuller. My skin is alot more hydrated looking and better responding to my skin care routine. It was the confidence booster I really needed after such a long run of bad health. Will continue using. Love this collagen product! I add to my buckwheat porridge or oats most mornings, or mix in with some cooked apple for the kids to take to school. Flavourless and dissolves well. I’ve also had comments on how strong my nails look! Added bonus. :)
I have several chronic joint issues and most recently had surgery on my hip for one. I started taking this before the surgery and continue all the way through post op and have noticed a massive difference in the speed of recovery! Its also great for my gut health. However the tub that it comes in is too large and super awkward when you get to the last third of the collagen to try and fit your hand into particularly when trying to use the little scoop thats provided. Also I wish it came in a bigger size as the product doesnt last long! Id like to see the tub a lot smaller with the amount given or if providing more to use a wider diameter tub to make it easier to get the last of the product out! I swapped over from the build to the body as my target issue is my knee pain.Product works well but i have found that this one has a slight odour and requires more mixing than the build as it clumps together.The odour does not transfer into a bad taste, it just seems to smell a little to me.I am not sure if there is a difference in my knee compared to the body, so i may just swap back, will see after the 2nd tin.
I initially bought this product elsewhere after finding out I had low bone density followed by a fall resulting in a hip fracture requiring surgery. I initially purchased the Collagen beauty powder for myself and this one for my husband as he often experiences joint pain. I ran out of mine and tried this one and wow! It has a very fine texture, dissolves into any liquid easily and no aftertaste. I also love the addition of Vit D which I am always trying to keep on top of. I love my collagen beauty powder but think I may repurchase another one of these for myself also and alternate between the two. Overall, myself and my husband are very impressed with this product. Highly recommend
