I have been taking Super B as I was always feeling tired and lethargic in the afternoons ( I am a retired person ) I didn’t want to feel so tired so I tried Super B ! WOWNow I recommend them to my friends and I can’t remember feeling so good for a long time. this supplement is tops

I bought this a few weeks ago and already feel so much better throughout the day. My energy levels went from feeling sluggish and tired to feeling super energised and ready to go! Definitely recommend

I took these for a few months and didn\'t notice much difference in my overall health but at the time I was dealing with iron and b12 deficiencies which I didn\'t get on top of fast enough to have an adequate balance. The only thing I did notice was skin seemed to improve but I can\'t tell if it was due to taking this. I don\'t believe I will try these again as they are not Vegan and I try to make sure all my products are Vegan certified.

I like it effective product
I have been taking these for quite some time now and have found them to help in my specific case. I prefer these to Blackmores executive stress supplements.\nDelivery was quick from Health Post and the product has had good \'best before\' dates.
Since taking this product I feel healthy but that might be a placebo.
I have been on supplements most of my life and have changed them with age to support the changes of older ageing. I am 87 now.
