Amazing! The best blender we’ve ever had! We wish we’d had this sooner. We’ve spent over 10yrs with another premium blender and this is far superior. It blends super well and fine, and is very powerful - 1200w. The extract button does an amazing job at blending without leaving little pieces. We used to have ginger bits left in our juice, with our other blender, however we don’t with this, so for now it’s proved to be the best we’ve ever had. I think it’s excellent value for money. It’s really easy to clean and the options of the other two smaller blenders that turn into drinking cups is another versatile feature. My husband and I are very impressed with this blender! We love it!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while... I absolutely hate this blender. We got it as a gift three years ago - that's three years of disgruntled usage. You can blend something on low or medium for 30 straight seconds and there will still be chunks of banana (not even frozen banana). Yes- I've tried varying the speeds with the same result. I also hate that you can't unscrew the bottom to clean it. Also when you pry off the lid it's easy to splatter smoothie drops everywhere since the blender sprays everything around in the process and the lid has such a tight seal. Maybe it's just too big so does not do its job efficiently. I don't know. This is just the most annoying blender I've ever owned.

Worst nutribullet product.Poor design of the pitcher, difficult to clean, food gets collected in the grooves which can never be cleaned. Also now it stopped working, have other 700 series and 900 series blenders which are still working fine.Reached out to the support team, only to be told that blades have worn out ( both Jar and pitcher together one fine day, hard to belive) Being asked to throw the pitcher and buy a new one. Aint doing that. Will rather throw away the whole unit and get a new one. Going to try Ninja ! Nutribullet regular blenders work great but not this combo. 2/10
I’m pretty happy with this blender. It’s quite loud (got a warning on my smart watch that it exceeded 90 decibels once, but hadn’t been repeated so I’d guess it’s usually less than that). Suction feet are nice and stable but don’t stick so hard you can’t easily move the blender out of the way. Handles ice okay in a smoothie, never tried without a decent amount of liquid though. Handles spinach fine. I have some trouble with putting the lid on the handled cup. No matter what I do the mouthpiece of the lid ends up awkwardly close to the handle when fully tightened. I don’t think it would be easy to drink from if you were driving, and the other cup doesn’t fit in the car cup holder so it’s a bit of a shame.
I was surprised by how much we ended up liking this blender; to the point where we actually said, "Okay, this one actually IS worth the asking price." Obviously designed to compete with other "bullet" styled, smoothie-themed, single-serve/mini blenders, the NutriBullet ups the game by adding a cavernous 64 oz traditional blender pitcher to its on-the-go-friendly duo of smoothie-sized drink cups, one 24oz cup with a handle, and one 32 oz tumbler-sized cup without, making this a legitimately multi-purpose unit that likely could replace multiple blenders in a well-appointed kitchen. The package includes smoothie cup lids with nifty gasket-ringed spout covers that allow you to blend your smoothie in the cup, cap off the same container, and then drink ... MoreI was surprised by how much we ended up liking this blender; to the point where we actually said, "Okay, this one actually IS worth the asking price." The package includes smoothie cup lids with nifty gasket-ringed spout covers that allow you to blend your smoothie in the cup, cap off the same container, and then drink directly/periodically from it while you're on the move without worrying about spillage. Just be aware that the lid adds a bit more 1.5 inches of extra height to an already generously sized smoothie cup; a standard 9" plastic smoothie straw stores fully beneath the sealed lid of the 32 oz cup--you'll need at least a 10-inch straw to extend beyond the opening of the spout while still reaching the good stuff at the bottom (if you prefer to sip your smoothies rather than gulp them down soda-can style). As for performance, make no bones about it, they aren't lying when they say that the 1200W motor will liquefy pretty much anything you throw into the blades. Blending, chopping, pulverizing--whatever--this blender seemed to do it all, and we saw whole frozen fruits gobbled up and converted into mall-worthy smoothies without distracting lumps or chunks left in the mix. Now, I'm not sure how much I buy into the claim featured in the item description that the motor is quiet enough for you to "engage in conversations while blending fruits and vegetables." We still found the blender plenty loud, especially on the higher setting and during the "Extract" spin-up; but truthfully, this blender proved so powerful that it's not like we spent a long time waiting for a job to finish just so we could get back to chatting in the kitchen. For those of you familiar with kitchen blenders, there's little here that's new other than maybe the totally awesome "Extract" program setting. Unlike the simple "Pulse" setting, "Extract" spins up the blades for high-speed blending, then stops them entirely long enough to let the ingredients settle a bit before spinning back up again to high speed. The unit rinses-and-repeats this cycle on its own before stopping after 1 minute to avoid excess heat and pressure build-up (that's not me being a smarty-pants--it's in the manual!). This is a seriously awesome feature for unattended blending, and thanks to this one little brilliant bit of functionality and product design, not ONCE did we have to remove the cup, open it up, slosh around the ingredients with a spatula and then re-seat the container to restart the blend--NICE! Now, once you take away "Pulse" and "Extract," there are really only three steady blending speeds left. Those of you with experience using blenders with constantly variable speeds, or an array of 7 to 10 or more graduated speed/program buttons might wonder if you'll miss the extra settings...well, my sense is that it's doubtful given how each blender/manufacturer likely has a different capacity to create the subtle differences between puree and frappe or grind and mash anyway...but do be aware that your speed choices here DO have their limits. There are a few other neat/inspired bits of usability worth noting, some especially for those unfamiliar with kitchen blenders in general:- The blender lets you know if everything is seated properly so it's very unlikely that anyone might accidentally or absentmindedly start up the motor without the blending collar and cup/pitcher properly seated in place. First, the whole blade assembly snaps into the base with an audible click. But better still, the blender won't even start if the base isn't seated and clicked into place properly, AND the power LED flashes at you to let you know there's a problem- There are suction cups on the feet! Sure, it's just a little detail, but none of the blenders we've used in the past had them (and we've had a LOT of blenders over the years); but they really made a difference on our tile countertop because once we got the blender settled in where we wanted it, we didn't have to constantly re-jigger it back into place, even after use or man-handling the blending base removing or seating the blender cup- The NutriBullet won't let you run any blending program longer than 1 minute at a time while using the smoothie cups to avoid potential heat and pressure build-up. Honestly, I didn't really know/think about this until I read the manual because I haven't really made smoothies in anything but a standard blender pitcher before, but for anyone who simply throws out the manual with the packaging, this unit is designed to minimize the possibility that you'll inadvertently heat your ingredients or shatter the cup during operation- There's a tamper (think "smooshing stick," for those of you not familiar with this item) that fits through the vent cover of the 64oz pitcher lid; you can open the cover to add ingredients and then push/stomp them down towards the blender blades WHILE THEY'RE STILL RUNNING--it feels a bit like tempting fate by putting your hand down a garbage disposal at first, but the tamper is JUST long enough to get you very close to the top of the spinning blades without really running the risk of getting black-flavored plastic bits in your food or drink. This gives you maximum smooshing power to get those ingredients off the sides of the pitcher, or folded in on themselves, and all the way down to their doom at the hands of the powerful spinning bladesAlthough our uses for any blender are typically limited to smoothies, milkshakes and salsas, the NutriBullet also comes with a handy recipe guide for smoothies, soups, sauces, dips, and drinks just for good measure. All in all, this is a well-appointed, single-serve blender that can EASILY shoulder some pretty demanding double-duty as a standard kitchen blender. For a house-warming gift; to serve in a smallish kitchen; or for someone's first, kind-of-serious, mid-tier blender, this would be a great fit. It's very solidly/reassuringly built, is quite user-friendly (maybe even a bit idiot-proof?), it has some neat design features and functionality, and grinds through foods, liquids and ice seemingly without breaking a sweat. Maybe it's not sophisticated enough to replace a true multi-stage, ultra-high capacity blender capable of achieving professional chef or even serious kitchen hobbyist-level results; but for just about anyone else, it would be hard to think of a reason not to grab one if you're in the market for a great smoothie maker that also happens to be a great/capable blender in its own right--HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I previously had a nutribullet RX, and it definitely proved to be good for years and years. However, it was getting to be quite noisy and felt it was time to invest in another smoothie maker. The reason I loved the RX is because it also made hot drinks. When I noticed this one did the same and it was a great price, I decided to go with it. However, it isn’t as good as the other nutribullet RX, it is OK. I am a bit disappointed, but we will still keep trucking along and using this one to make smoothies. The only other thing that I’m disappointed with, as it is noisier than what I expected.

I specifically bought this blender for making smoothies. It is a smoothie heaven blender. Excellent results so far. It is fast and efficient, a little noisy, but the end product is worth it. I really like the EXTRACT button function, although at first it felt really odd letting the blender decide when it was done without my intervention. That EXTRACT function gives me the perfect smoothie every time.I am yet to blend creamy soups in it but I am sure I won't be disappointed. It is one of my favourite kitchen appliances now. I make sure it is left on the kitchen bench as well so it prompts me to use it more. I especially like the matt grey colour too.Just to add, the combo package was a bonus with the extras, so it is not just a blender it is a quick go to for ... MoreI specifically bought this blender for making smoothies. I purchased this in Dec 2022 and have NOT used it regularly. I have only used it to blend soft things, and no hard solids, grains, or ice. I mostly use the smaller cups with their separate blade assembly. And after only a year and a half, probably only about 100 uses total, or less, the blade of the small cups does not turn smoothly. It is stiff and makes a loud noise and gets so hot, I am afraid it may catch fire. I watched some YouTube videos and learned that the bearings inside the blade assembly are made of non-stainless steel and they are rusting or getting worn down. According to YouTube, it is probably possible to disassemble it (though the video doesn't show this exact model) and replace the bearings with stainless ones. OR, you can buy another whole blade assembly, which can be found on Walmart or other online sellers for about $20. Really, I should not have to spend money on replacing a part or fixing it when it is still almost new. I mean, if this had happened after 15 years of daily use, I would be sort of ok with it, but after such a short time?! I also should mention, since I have only used the large blender container only about 2-3 times, it is still fine, but I have found it is so wide that you really have to have a large volume to get good blending. At least 3 cups of liquid, I think, and preferably more. Otherwise it splashes up on the walls of the blender and doesn't come down and get blended.
