I had the nutribullet Pro+ for just 12 days and the gasket came loose. The instructions clearly state not to remove the gasket, and when I spoke with someone from customer service, they said I should immediately throw out the compromised extractor blade, and they are sending a new one as part of the warranty. Fine. But he continued to tell me how to properly use the product to avoid the gasket from coming loose again. Let me just say really quick that I am probably one of the few people that actually read the user guides I receive and make sure I know how to care a product before the first use.The very nice gentleman from customer service said not to use warm or hot food inside of the bullet, not to blend past 60 seconds, not to fill the cup past the max line, not to fill the cup with more than 25% frozen ingredients and the rest should be room temp/cold, and while the pieces are technically dishwasher safe, they recommend hand washing. I always followed these instructions, which were found in the user guide (except the 25% or less frozen ingredients -- I checked the user guide and that recommendation is absolutely nowhere to be found. But I was probably following this recommendation anyway, so it shouldn't really matter in my case.). I do not have a dishwasher, so I know they were always hand washed. Never went past the max line, and always used cold ingredients. Never warm. After looking online, there are numerous complaints about the nutribullet's gasket coming loose going back YEARS. It looks like this company has no problem charging $120 for a subpar product that they have spent no time trying to improve. For this reason, I am giving the product 1 star. It doesn't matter how well a product works if the gasket comes loose for so many people, rendering said product completely unusable. From what I read online, it seems like the personal Ninja blender is a better product, and less expensive. Spend your money elsewhere!

I've been using this nutribullet daily for a few months. I previously had a nutribullet select and there are pros and cons in comparison.I LOVE the power of the Pro+ and how it blends until your smoothie is blended and shuts itself off, with a maximum of one minute running. Only once have I had to turn it back on to continue.Cons: I really miss having a handle as the cup is hard for my small hands to hold, grab, maneuver easily. With the drinking ring, there is now another part with ridges to scrub. The blade piece is harder to clean than the Select's.

Hot to go !
8 June 2024

Ive had 3 or 4 nutribullets...they all leaked or "failed" fairly quickly...or so I thought. Finally on the most recent one, I noticed somewhere a warning about blending hot beverages etc.. Like this one from my recent goolge search today " Hot ingredients like coffee or carbonated ingredients like soda should never be blended in the nutribullet (with the exception of the nutribullet Blender and the nutribullet Blender Combo ). The ingredients can build up pressure and cause damage to the components and even cause injury. I've called multiple times to discuss the "leaking" with my regular nurtibullets, and was never asked..." what are you blending" . So, let me ask now..."which nutribullet is best for blending hot items like soups or coffees ? "

Not good for thick smoothie bowls
14 July 2023

Bought this because I saw videos of people making thick-ish smoothie bowls / nicecreams using a Magic Bullet or other versions of Nutribullet. Turns out making smoothies with this takes sooooo much time and at the end the result is as runny as if I had used fresh (non-frozen) fruits and added lots of liquid. What a disappointment. I chose this model because it had the second most amount of wattage. The blender blends a second and stops—blends just air. Tampering or shaking it does almost nothing. My Ninja (dunno which model) does a better job with less power, though still not excellent job. Should have invested in a Vitamix.

Powerful little machine!
29 June 2023

Such a great addition to my countertop. Instead of having to use my big Vitamix blender every day for my smoothies, this NutriBullet just makes life so much simpler in terms of adding ingredients, blending and drinking out of the same cup. No extra cleanup. I don’t know why I hadn’t thought of buying one sooner. Having two cups (32oz and 24oz) is so convenient. Everything blends smoothly and quickly and even has a pulse feature! This is the perfect size; it isn’t as cumbersome as a full-sized blender. The bottom has suction-cup feet to keep it in place and not slide. The motor is loud but not obnoxious. I would definitely recommend!

So far so good
9 March 2023

I've had my blender for a couple months now and I use it every day at least once if not twice. It does a great job breaking up most food I put in there. I usually use it to get my fruits and Vegetables for the day so my usual routine includes apples, carrots, collard greens, sugar snap peas, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, herbs, nuts, and raisins to sweeten them with. So far it hasn't had an issue busting through the leafy greens and if I put a powdered supplement or a sweetener in there it does a great job incorporating it but I have had some issues with the raisins not being completely blended the first go around so I have to blend my stuff twice sometimes. With as much power as it has I don't really know what could be done about the noise but other then that it's been a great blender and emulsifies everything unlike my old kitchen blender I was trying to use that would have taken five to ten minutes to do what this one does in a minute. I haven't had any issues with leaking yet except for the first time I used it. I didn't screw the cap on the jar tight enough so some of my smoothie leaked out into the base.

Worked great for a year
16 February 2023

Bought Nov of 21 and had used it every single day. It was a great blender, handled everything I loaded it with like oats, protein powder, cocoa nibs, yogurt, pb, frozen veggies ice, milks etc. I also liked the large sized jars it came with. I will say the unit was exceptionally loud right out of the box setting off my apple watch volume alerts and frankly a little painful to hear in close proximity. Unfortunately just recently (Feb 23) it started smoking on me after use. I"ve made it a point to not overload it, I've had a 'magic bullet' for 5 yrs running now so I knew better than that but after hoping it was a one-off, it smokes almost immediately after starting so for safety obviously cannot keep using. [Rewarded Review] Amazing Blender and super easy to clean!
12 February 2020

I was extremely excited to get my NutriBullet Pro Plus Personal Blender! I've read so much wonderful things about them and was so excited to try it for myself. The Pro Plus blender doesn't have any buttons on it as you have to press down on the cup to start the blender. I personally love this safety feature because it makes it nearly impossible to have an accident with your blender. I also loved the recipe book that comes with the blender and it has several recipes that my fiance and I are eager to try! The cups come with a Maximum fill line so you know where you are safe to fill until, and then you place the blade on top of the cup (so there's no chance of spilling the contents) prior to placing it on the mechanical portion of the NutriBullet system. The blender works very well and has had no trouble blending anything I've put into it. An issue I have with other blenders is that they are difficult to clean. The NutriBullet, however, is extremely easy to clean; Because the blade separates from the cup, you can easily clean out the blade portion (being careful not to cut yourself of course). It's easy not to get injured while cleaning the blade portion because you can see what you're cleaning the whole time and the blade piece is easy to manage, where other blenders you can't see the blade while your hand is deep inside the cup. I honestly am not sure how I lived blending things prior to getting my NutriBullet Pro Plus Personal Blender. I think that this blender is not only a fantastic appliance that I added to my household but I would go as far as saying that it has become an essential appliance in my household. My Fiance and I use the NutriBullet almost every day and we absolutely love it. I would recommend the NutriBullet Pro Plus Personal Blender to anyone and everyone and I hope you love it as much as I do!!!

too powerful
25 January 2024

I'm giving this 4 stars. It works great, but its so powerful it shakes the whole kitchen and its VERY loud. I had the 600 watt for years and it was great and finally died. So I bought a more powerful one because I use it daily, but I'm ready to go back to the 600 watt. It does what it's suppose to do, but its just too powerful and annoying. It has suction cups on the bottom if that tells you anything. It sticks to the counter as intended but its a pain to move when I need to clean around it or underneath. I'm afraid the powerful suction will ruin the countertop. I had to put a towel underneath.
