Made in the USA, pure, unflavored with no extra additives: just what I’m looking for. Beware the tingly, itchy sensation on your face and arms about 10-30 minutes after taking this, which I take to mean that it’s the real stuff and working. If you’re new to that feeling, you might want to not be driving or doing anything else that needs total concentration during that time for the sake of safety the first few times around.Expect the texture to be on thicker/grainier side - more like sand than chalk - for the same reason you’ll want to vigorously mix with your liquid (water or shake) before consuming as it does settle fast. The taste is almost neutral - for the most part you feel the texture more in your mouth - although if a bunch accumulates on your tongue you ... MoreMade in the USA, pure, unflavored with no extra additives: just what I’m looking for. The taste is almost neutral - for the most part you feel the texture more in your mouth - although if a bunch accumulates on your tongue you may get the tiniest sensation of tartness and the slightest hint of sweetness.I may mix in with Creatine Monohydrate and/or warm coffee for my pre-workout. This needn’t be taken pre-workout but the recommended dose gets me amped up (even by itself), but not in an anxious, heart racing out-of-control way. I can pump out an extra couple of reps when I’m on this more often than when I’m not.If you are thinking of taking this, I do recommend assessing your nutrition and fitness goals first and consulting with a medical professional prior to purchasing.

had given this product 5 stars because I have ordered many times over the past few years. This order I just received was a different quality product. This is the second time I've received a different quality product, jowever the first time I wasn't positive and thought maybe my body was reacting differently. With this last order the crystals look bigger and won't dissolve in water. It tastes different, like nothing and usually has a pretty bad taste. I don't get the famous beta tingle no matter how large the dose. It's fake as far as I can tell or at the very least a weak batch.Ive been very happy with the quality in the past but this is just unexceptable QC. I'll be contacting the seller for a new batch and hope it's better.

Beta-Alanine is an absolute game changer! And this was the cheapest product I was able to find. I just wish the spoon came in half the size. You don't want to take 3 grams all at once or you'll suffer some very uncomfortable tingles. You also want to take 6 grams a day instead of the suggested 3 grams. Search it up on YouTube and you'll see it's widely suggested to take 1.6g doses 4 times a day.

Nutricost Beta-Alanine is a good choice for fitness enthusiasts who are looking for a beta-alanine supplement that is affordable and effective. Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that helps to increase muscle carnosine levels. Carnosine is a compound that buffers lactic acid and reduces muscle fatigue.I have been using Nutricost Beta-Alanine for several weeks now and have noticed some improvement in my workouts. I am able to lift heavier weights for more reps and sets, and I feel less fatigued after my workouts. However, it is important to note that beta-alanine can cause a tingling sensation in the skin, also known as paresthesia. The tingling sensation is the only real downside, but it is usually only temporary.I would recommend Nutricost Beta-Alanine to fitness enthusiasts who are looking to improve their workout performance and reduce muscle fatigue. Just be aware of the potential tingling side effect and start with a lower dose if you are new to beta-alanine.
I first took PrimaForce Beta-Alanine, but when I finished the first jar, I switched to Nutricost because it appeared to be the better deal. However, I've since observed two things: 1) NC's dose is 3g vs PF's 2g, and I realize more tingling sensation after taking PF's smaller does, so I wonder if NC's product is as pure as they claim; and 2) I have asked for NC's third party analysis of its BA and for the identity of the third party that audits the compliance with GMP of its production facility, but no response. Crickets. NC claims GMP certification is nonsense, but I sincerely have my doubts. In fact, I doubt the potency claims of all of NC's products at this point. A good example is the size of their capsules - generally larger than those of respected competitors, ... MoreI first took PrimaForce Beta-Alanine, but when I finished the first jar, I switched to Nutricost because it appeared to be the better deal. A good example is the size of their capsules - generally larger than those of respected competitors, like Jarrow and Life Extension, so what does that mean - more rice starch and less of the content for which we believe we are paying?
I recently tried Nutricos Beta-Alanine in the unflavored variant, weighing in at 10.6 oz (300g). As a fitness enthusiast looking to enhance my performance, I was eager to put this supplement to the test.Upon trying the product, the unflavored nature was a plus for me as it made it versatile for mixing with various beverages or adding it to my pre-workout routine without altering the taste. The quantity offered is ample for extended usage. However, the unflavored version might not appeal to everyone, as some may prefer flavored options. Additionally, for those new to beta-alanine, a more detailed usage guide or informational insert could be beneficial.
I am on my 3rd bottle of this Beta Alanine. Cheaper than most products out there. I love the tinkles it give me. I add it to my work out drink or my electrolyte drinks. It helps me push a little harder at the gym too. I recommend this product and company. Good stuff. It does give off a tingling feeling more than an itch like some reviews state. Like I don’t want to scratch, but I do feel a weird tingling around my arms and legs. But as soon as you start working out, that feeling subsides. It dissolves ok, not like Creatine. I think activity is good than others staff.
Beta-alanine is a building block of carnosine, a molecule that helps buffer acid in muscles. Beta-alanine supplementation improves performance during high-intensity exercise lasting from 1 to 10 minutes. Carnosine also has antioxidant effects and may be beneficial for aging and neurological conditions.Used it for my training and tons of benefits!
