Great magnesium

Read that the magnesium Glycinate is better absorbed by the body. Food is massively missing nutrients and magnesium is half what it should be so supplementation is key. My husband has to have magnesium for his chemo treatments as well. These seem to have their effect better than the standard version. I love the nutricost brand and usually choose them over others.

My body didn’t like it

The pills are fine and tasteless. None were danger or open in transport. And you get a lot for the price. However for me taking them made me very moody and snappy. After I stopped taking it I felt back to my normal self. I know there are great benefits. I wanted it for sleep but sadly this didn’t jive with my body.
