There are many pluses to this product. The small container it comes in makes it easy to take on the go. Only have a plastic water bottle? No problem. Very easy to snap in half and put in bottle. Don’t have a bottle or water? No problem. Because it tastes good, you can practically dry scoop it. Also, the caffeine is a key part to making this product great.

All Nuun all the time!

I have always loved drinking water. As I get older & my body chemistry is changing I often still feel thirsty. I have tried other products but they were either too sweet or left a weird sugar substitute taste. My best friend was drinking Nuun tablets so I gave hers a try. Loved it!!! So hopped on the website and ordered numerous flavors for different things. So far I am loving the flavors and the variety Nuun has. By just drinking 1-2 Nuun tablets a day I am feeling a lot more hydrated. I absolutely love the fizz!!! Awesome product that you must try.

Caffeinated without big jitters, okay flavor

I don't take it very often because my morning coffee serves me well through the day and I avoid taking caffeine after a certain period of time for sleep-wellness. But on days where I am struggling and hydration and fueling aren't enough, this definitely gave me a boost to my mid-day routine without the full punch of caffeine side-effects (jitters and inability to focus if you had just a smidge too much coffee).I tried the Watermelon Blast, as my favorite Nuun Sport flavor is Watermelon, but I was slightly disappointed in the flavor: slightly off from their typical watermelon flavor, a bit cough syrup-y but barely noticeable. The taste did improve once it was in the water. It may be due to the adaptogens and a couple of other differences between Energy and Sport, which I understand.The flavor greatly improved when I added at least half a tab of Watermelon Sport with the Watermelon Blast, giving it a bit more sweetness and tang that it seemed to be missing out on on its own.

Great Coffee Alternative

I used to be one of those people who would drink a cup of coffee every morning. But my coffee had so much cream and sugar in it, that it was an entire meal or two worth of calories, which was making it impossible to get healthier. I switched over to Nuun Energy every morning, and it's amazing. I still get the jolt of caffeine, but without all the calories and sugar. If I don't want as much caffeine, I can even switch to the Nuun Sport (with Caffeine) for the day, without having any bad effects. I would definitely recommend for anyone else with the same coffee problem.

I feel better than I have in years!

I love NUUN. I was an Olympic Coffee Drinker! Since starting NUUN, I have stopped drinking coffee and replaced it with my favorite NUUN Vitamin + Energy and Energy.In the past I have tried a few similar products, but they lacked the results. NUUN is not lacking. I have more energy and I feel amazing. I get more accomplished in one day, than I use to in a week.

I finally found what I been searching for...

I'm a big skeptic when it comes to this type of stuff. I've taken all kinds of powders and tablets with little noticeable benefit. However, this stuff is the real deal. I start sipping it 30 minutes before my workout. Top it up just before I start. And then finish it off throughout my exercise. I notice that I have much more energy and stamina for my Peloton bike and strength classes.

Not what I expected

I had been using IV hydration for a long time. I switched because of the packaging- less bulky and not as individually packed and the benefits explained on the website. I do not know anyone who uses the product so I purchased a variety to try and I am disappointed that the tablets do not dissolve after 20 minutes still waiting and I do not feel a difference like I did with the IV hydration. The only tablets that have a small fizz to them are the energy and those dissolve a little quicker. The others do not dissolve and I have been crushing them into water. Not what I expected will probably not purchase again.

Stocked Up and Ready to Go!

Nuun products are so incredibly hydrating and delicious. It's an absolute no brainer to have one nuun tablet per day to keep my hydrated. Plus i genuinely love the flavor. So far, i'll say that Strawberry Melon is the best flavor. I really enjoy The caffeinated nuuns are a great substitute for my morning coffee. Less than $1 per nuun tablet. Where do you get a delicious hydrating drink for less than $1? No where! Nuun is the GOAT

I bought it as a stocking stuffer for my husband. He's been on night shift for 4 years. Short staffed. 24/7 police department. Shifts constantly change: lengthen, shifts change mid rotation, 7pm-7am, 12pm -12am, a variation of the two. called in on days off, etc. They are perpetually tired. I hoped he'd take this to work. All of the other products we've tried have helped our training, greatly. (endurance, sport, recovery) I hoped this would improve his daily routine.
