These tablets are my go-to. I picked up the Nuun Hydration Vitamins to jazz up my water's flavor, and they work well in any dilution—whether it's 16oz or 32oz. This fizzy effervescent tablet has just the right amount of sodium for everyday use, a low dose of 100 mg per tablet. It is also packed with small doses of various vitamins. I like the blackberry citrus flavor because it is unique, light and refreshing. It's not as transparent a flavor as the strawberry melon non-caffeinated nuun vitamins flavor due to having a deeper edge from the blackberry flavor. I also like that the 40 mg of caffeine per tablet are sourced from green tea. I like to drink it when I don't want to drink plain water and I especially frequently pop these in my water over the summer.

I found that the flavor of Watermelon Strawberry a bit odd but as I used the product the flavor grew on me and I am now a fan! The tablets do take a minute to dissolve ( I jumped the gun with the first batch, make sure it's fully dissolved) and I like the drink better chilled, but will work in a pinch when hiking or working out (home gym here). Small container make these tablets packable, makes a full 16 ounces, and the product really seems to aid hydration without being overly sweet, which I like. Stil working though the samples I was sent, I am using 2-3 bottles mixed a day. I originally started using Nuun tablets with the intent of maintaining a higher hydration level in my body. They add a nice taste to the water and make it easier to consume a greater amount of water each day. I was later informed that they do nothing to increase or maintain hydration on their own. That disappointed me but I continue to use the tablets because they help me consume more water. I avoid unnecessary additives like caffeine and I experiment with the flavors. There are several flavors that I like. They would be a great tablet if they did something else to help maintain the hydration level in my body.
I have the Strawberry melon Nunn hydration tablets and am impressed. I was initially worried that they would be overly sweet, given the flavor. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were “just right”. They have a really appealing taste and a bit of fizz. I am normally a fan of sparkling flavored waters, and this was better than most of what I regularly purchase. I would easily switch. The convenience of having a delicious, hydrating beverage anytime I have water available is a huge bonus. The tube packaging prevents breakage and spillage of the product if carried in a pack or purse. Consider me converted from other hydration drinks that leave a yucky aftertaste. These are just refreshing. No yuck factor.

I love Nuun hydration tablets they’re quick and easy to use and absolutely necessary when working or exercising in hot humid climates where you loose a lot from sweat. I work in the jungle where it’s regularly in the high 90s and without Nuun tablets I feel much more fatigued and wore out at the end of the day. I also love that Nuuns don’t gum up water bottles or hydration bladders like a Gatorade powder would. Overall not crazy about the melon flavor. Stick to simple flavors Lemon lime or the berry blast isn’t bad. The more interesting the flavor sounds the more artificial I think it tastes. Haven’t noticed any improvement with the additional vitamins added in. Overall love Nuuns but will try a different flavor next time
