I bought this a few months ago and have used it once. Handle fell off and the container dropped onto my foot causing massive bruising and a sore foot for a while. It worked fine apart from that incident. When I came to use it again it wouldn’t pump. Nothing comes out of the nozzle rendering it completely useless. I am unable to get a refund because it’s been used. Just another lump of plastic going to landfill. You’ll be better off paying for a $2 sprayer.

Absolute rubbish. I spent a bit more after going through many of the cheaper ones.The base broke at the seam and I lost a whole bottle of insecticide.Exchanged for a 2nd one and same thing happened. Decided to get my money back and will get something better.I think this is my 10th sprayer from Bunnings. Please start stocking some quality products.

If only I saw all these reviews about Nylex sprayers before I bought one. Nylex sprayers are absolute rubbish. Don't waste your time buying one.I bought one of their cheaper 5lt sprayers that lasted all of 5 minutes. I decided to return it and spend a little more money for one of their more expensive models (this one) in the hope it lasted a little longer.Although it lasted longer it's still junk. The plastic for the pump where you screw it down onto the main pump has become very brittle and broke completely after only 24 months of use.The sprayer was seldom used and always stored clean and out of direct sunlight.I returned this piece of ship and purchased a sylvan sprayer.

Wish I read the reviews before I bought. Worked well until I knocked it over accidentally. It wasn’t dropped from a height just fell on its side and that was enough to dislodge something in the handle so it won’t pump. I took everything apart that I could and still couldn’t fix. And this was to replace another spray bottle were the pump failed without being knocked over. So far not impressed with any Nylex spray bottle I have bought and will just stick to cheaper products. They may not last long but then again neither do the Nylex bottles.

Lasted a few years - a few sprays per year so used maybe 10 times - and now the punp delivers no pressure. Cannot get into the pump to replace a washer or whatever is needed. Bunnings should only support fixable equipment so that this isnt more plastic for landfill, leave alone having to deal with 5L of poison somehow!!! Irresponsible Bunnings and Nylex
I bought this sprayer as it appeared to work when I filled it with some water and it actually worked. However, yesterday I had to spray the weeds and it was no longer working again. I'm so frustrated with trying to find one that doesn't cost over $100. I also bought 2 times at $9.95.That one worked when I used it but them when I came back and filled it up the one that did work originally now wouldn't work.I ended up being so desperate to spray the weeds I used a spray bottle.
Extension Nozzle is thin and basically useless if any knock or bend, it will crack and leak.Nozzle spray application is generally ok but will be inconstant in application sometimes. Also, the unit leaks from the nozzle once trigger released.Seals are not 'fit for purpose' and will require excessive tightening to stop any poison leaking out.This unit is definitely over-priced for the quality it displays. It is not worth the risk of getting leaked on or splashed with herbicide because of cheap materials and a product that is not 'fit for purpose'.Shame on Bunnings for not enforcing better materials in its expensive products.
Have recently bought two of these (for different spraying jobs) and both failed almost immediately. Sray patern is variable or not existent even when fully charged. Nozzle is terrible. Don't waste your money!Unfortunately for us, this was the only option available at our local Bunnings store.
I bought this unit so could kill some weeds while using a safe chemical as I have pets.On first inspection I found some of the o-rings had no grease and the unit has many o-rings these points could be where people are losing pressure, which seems to be the main complaint from everyone. I used a silicon/dielectric grease to apply a thin coat on the o-ring which will make the o-rings last longer and seal better.I also noticed that there is no volume graduations on the bottle which is a poor design decision from the manufacturer and I bet my bottom dollar that most people are over filling and over pressurizing the vessel.
