These lipsticks are creamy but have “stick” to them. They’re not overly moisturizing where they smear, slip and slide or wear off quickly. They also smell really nice too. I love the little heart on the lipstick bullet. It’s a fun and flirty touch. I’m wearing the color “a la Mode” which is a truffle-nude color. It’s perfect paired with a bronze look or with a sultry, smokey eye. I do recommend exfoliating your lips beforehand because of the “grippy” formula as it will accentuate any dryness or cracks. This one is my new favorite lipstick. The formula is thick but it applies very well and it's not drying. It's very long lasting, one of the lipstick that's stay in place the most, except for lips stain. The shade Day Club is my perfect summer shade, a bright red/orange or coral. And it smells so good! Sometimes I reapply just to smell it 😅 I recommend it a lot and probably try some other shades too 🧡

Amazing shade and long lasting

Absolutely amazing. Love the texture of it. Long lasting, gentle on the lips, soft and beautiful shade. Bought in Chich and Dessert Rose both are natural beautiful shades for everyday use and even for a night out. Deffo worth it.

This lipstick is of really great quality. I am very impressed and quite satisfied with this product.I am very satisfied with the color quality of this product. I currently have Wife Goal. The red is so accurate. The red that I saw online is the same red that I found in the tube. Additionally, this lipstick is super saturated in color pigment, so it requires very little of the product to be applied in order to fully color my lips. It is very creamy to the touch and doesn't dry out my lips. It actually moisturizes them indstead. I have very sensitive skin, and I didn't have an allergic reaction to it either.The packaging of this lipstick is also very appealing to me as well. I really like the sleek design of the all black with a little red heart. I found the lid of this lipstick to stick pretty well, so it shoud be able to survive the test of my purse and not fall off.This product is regularly available at my local Target. I haven't checked Walgreens, Rite Aid, or Walmart yet. But, I am happy to know that it is available in at least one store close by. I find this lipstick to be perfrect for when I perform on stage.The only complaint that I have about this lipstick is that the price is pretty expensive for me. It means that it is harder for me to afford it reularly, since I am of low income.This product is very impressive. I would actually rate this product with a 4.9 out of 5. With the only negative is it's price. However is it worth the price? Yes, without a doubt. This product is definately a really great value for the price.

Great colour that lasts

This lipstick lasts. What a great buy, it comes at a great price and is really good value. The stain lasts for ages, I even had a coffee and it remained in place. I love the nude tones and the pigment in this lipstick is great quality and has a lovely satiny finish. It’s creamy to apply, never dry and it’s quite moisturising on my lips. I love the classy black packaging which is really elegant and the bullet top with red heart is cute. NYX is a great budget friendly brand and I was impressed with this lipstick and will be buying more, I would recommend this product

Great lipstick

Lovely lipsticks and great price if you want to order a range of vibrant colours and watching your purse strings. The purple’s aren’t as purple as the examples are on here which I was happy with. They’re reds or pinks with purples through them which makes your teeth appear whiter. Very happy to find this brand.

Horrible communication and shipping

Not really a review for this lipstick but here goes, order took weeks. I asked to cancel my order, got a response saying my order was cancelled, then a day later got a shipping notice. I finally received products a week later and multiple lipsticks had melted in their tubes so that when I twisted them open, they were leaning to the side and smeared all over the side of the tube. One of them would not close back all the way bc it was so tilted to one side, so I had to use my finger to push the lipstick back into the tube so I could put the cover on. I know the shipment was not sitting out in the elements bc I got it from my porch shortly after it was delivered and, it was a very cool day today (60 degrees) as opposed to other days we’ve had lately in the 80s. I understand there are delays due to covid19 but seriously? Love NYX products but this was a really bad experience.

If you discontinue 1999 I will come to HQ

Let this be your warning if you discontinue 1999 I am coming to your headquarters and getting kicked out by security.I have cool undertones, very soft coloring that a lot of makeup can overpower, and have never used such a PERFECT shade. At first I thought maybe it was called 1999 as a reference to the lipstick trends of the era, but this is such a masterpiece it is as though it must have taken Nyx 1,999 tries to get it right. Not too pink, not too warm, not too grey. Please do not alter it in any way.

Not transfer-proof but nice coverage

PROS: Creamy, no taste, no smell, coverage is good, no bleeding or feathering. CON: Transfers very easily. The "Love Is A Drug (deep rose pink)" was too purple for my taste/complexion. The "Desert Rose (perfect pink)" 20U402 is a much better shade for me. Not sure I'd buy it again as I drink coffee all day and wouldn't want to have to check for lipstick smears...but overall, it's a nice lipstick if you're going to leave your lips alone for a while.

Terrible!

This was my very first NYX experience and well, let me just say that you get what you pay for. I purchased the outloud lipstick and it was nothing like the picture. It looked violet in the picture, but it's actually red. Also, they mail your lipstick and I live in Florida, so my lipstick sat in the hot Florida heat for days, before I was able to get it. Other makeup stores were smart enough to have my packages sent to my front door. What kind of company send makeup through the post office?! I ordered three other shades and each one was cheap looking and horribly made. I'm going to stick to the more expensive makeup stores at this point, because I would rather pay more for better business and better quality of makeup. Terrible!
