I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder which means I continually wash my hands and they are always cracked and sore. Best hand cream. I rarely use hand cream during the daytime because I am so busy. O'Keefe's overnight cream is perfect for me. Simply using it before going to bed each night, has transformed my hands & cuticles.

Great for really dry cracked skin. I have eczema and nothing was working. Used this overnight and hands were transformed next day. Didn’t irritate or sting. Would recommend.

Using at night and my hands feel good all day. Recommended to me. It would suit male and female hands. No strong scent.
Absolutely brilliant! In 48 hours my hands are transformed from being dry and cracked to all moisture locked and smooth. Will definitely buy this in future and highly recommend it to anyone as well as the day one too!
With the weather turning colder, my hands started to become really dry and cracked. I work all day outdoors so applying cream during the day is difficult. I started applying this around 2 weeks ago before going to bed and the results are brilliant!

Hi,i have used the normal one for years but the night one is great for the winter
I have dry hands due to many years in sunnier climates,combined with ageing,I have skin like paper. This product is definitely better than anything Ive tried but still its no miracle product. It has a rather runny consistency and is not sticky. Really not sure if Id repurchase because of the price. Probably would if it was on offer.
