I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder which means I continually wash my hands and they are always cracked and sore. Completely healed the patch of rough skin I’ve had for months from washing my hands too much! Not greasy and doesn’t have an overpowering smell. Great product.

Best hand cream. I rarely use hand cream during the daytime because I am so busy. O'Keefe's overnight cream is perfect for me. Simply using it before going to bed each night, has transformed my hands & cuticles.

Great for really dry cracked skin. I have eczema and nothing was working. Used this overnight and hands were transformed next day. Didn’t irritate or sting. Would recommend.

With the weather turning colder, my hands started to become really dry and cracked. I work all day outdoors so applying cream during the day is difficult. I started applying this around 2 weeks ago before going to bed and the results are brilliant!
Absolutely unbelievable, my hands were a mess, badly cracked and dry and I'd been using other hand cream but it wasn't doing anything to relieve my pain but after just one use of the overnight cream I felt a massive difference immediately, after three uses they were back to normal, amazing product.
