The card is great when it works - but it doesn’t always…. Seems to need someone / something else’s wifi signal to work. Made me wonder why I’d bothered when I hand car trouble!
I normally buy a travellers sim from TIM when in Italy, but as we were joining a tour group from the airport, it was easier to buy one that would operate as soon as we landed. I purchased this Sim card and received additional data as part of the package. It worked perfectly, although my wife had issues with her phone security app (which would not accept a new Sim - beware of ESET antitheft settings if you are installing a new Sim). I fully recommend this prepaid Sim.
Very pleased indeed with this travel SIM card. Worked immediately it was inserted into my phone. Excellent value and highly I recommend to anyone tracing to Uk from abroad
The information letter came with sim card was useless, I followed it step by step, yet the sim did work half the time of the travel journey. The FB's chat service could not solve anything and advised that I need to contact the network itself.I had to find places with free wifi signals to be able to contact them. The network customers chat service were able to guide me step by step, for two hours, to work out the problem.Imagine, reaching a travel destination where you need a functional sim card to be able to call/use car rental apps, bus shelters, check/call for your bookings, friends etc and you can't do that!So, what's the point of buying it then??My experience was terrible...
Good value for money and enabled me to have a local phone number while travelling in the UK and Europe. I found it had more data availability over a month than I needed. Could have been better if it was able to access 5G, and had more flat spots in remote areas than my partner's phone did with a different provider.
Worked perfectly! inserted my sim in when i arrived to UK and it worked great! no stress at all. I was only there for a week and the 8gb was enough. It wouldn't have been enough for 30days though
