I actually ended up returning this helmet and getting the same one I had before. It seems like a decent enough helmet but I think the ventilation was limited on climbs. It was also too snug for my head, even though the size chart was in my range.
This company was very good to work with. They got me my merchandise quickly and I’m very happy with it. Going to buy more from them absolutely for sure.
The fit of the AR05 is great, very comfortable.A couple of things would make the helmet that much better - a fine mesh covering the ventilation slots on the front will stop insects and twigs from getting straight onto the forehead and a covering on the chin strap that wraps the tail of the strap keeping it neat.The main reason I purchased the AR05 was for the safety of the MIPS.
Very high quality product, beautifully constructed! Feels light, plenty of ventilation on the ride. You don’t feel you are wearing a helmet at all! Excellent product! I highly recommend it.
