I love these EV Zero Blades. Took them out cycling on a winter cycle ride, that started dull, overcast and damp. Clarity was excellent in the lower light conditions and the fit and lack of weight made them really comfortable.The sun came out which gave me the chance to test the photochromic lenses, which performed well to take the edge off the glare coming from the wet roads.Price from Shadestation was good, and I am very happy with my purchase.Cheers, Shane

Oakley EVZero Blade Matte Black Prizm Iridium sunglasses

I have had these Oakley EVZero sunnies for two weeks which I use for my road cycling. They are super light-weight, but still very durable and provide a great unimpeded view of the road. Love the frameless design and how they sit comfortably without too much pressure on the head/ears. Highly recommend these for cycling. The service was also terrific from Great Southern Sunnies. I ordered them and they were delivered within a day and a half by express post. Very impressed! I will certainly purchase through G.S.S. again as their prices are very competitive speed of service top notch.

Never been a cyclist who has got on well with glasses. Got recommended these by a club buddy. Got to admit these are best I've owned and used. The peripheral vision is second to none. With no fogging at all. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding glasses

I have a pair of black EV Blades that I love wearing in bright sunshine - but thought they were too dark for the darker Autumn conditions, so treated myself to these Photochromic versions as a second pair - wow what a good decision that turned out to be as they are absolutely incredible at giving just the right amount of tint for the changing conditions, from a light smoke to a very dark/black. Highly recommended.

Stylish and Protective

I've been using the Oakley Evzero Blades Prizm glasses for my bike rides and they have been fantastic. Their lightweight design makes them super comfortable, and the stylish look is an added bonus. The lenses provide excellent clarity, but the price is quite high. Overall, a great purchase for those who prioritize both performance and fashion.

Sunglasses for people who don’t like sunglasses.

Truly superb. I am generally not too bothered by needing protection from the glare of bright sunlight, although I recognise it may be good for my eyes. First and foremost however, I am well aware that at any moment my eyes could be hit by flying debris etc, which would be a disaster. I have tried many pairs of mid price, sunglasses, and though well reviewed by others, have found that they all suffer from significant distortion of vision, and clarity of vision is noticeably impaired. So they have all either gone in a cupboard or been given away. These Oakley clear glasses were a true revelation to me, they have no effect on the quality of vision whatsoever. When sunlight does come, they do darken noticeably , which is more than enough for me. They also are highly ... MoreTruly superb. I am a big fan of the frameless design and unobstructed vision when it comes to glasses. It was between these and the Sutro Lite glasses. I have a bit of a longer and narrower face so I was worried these would sit a bit far away from my cheek bones. And while they do sit a little further off my face than some others....the more I wear these things the more I feel like I made the right choice. The top part of the frame almost sits flush on my forehead which makes up for the space between the bottom part of the lens and my face. They are insanely lightweight and you almost forget your even wearing glasses at all. The Prizm Road lens is an oakley classic and by far my favorite lense in a pair on sunglasses. Also, my main sport for using these is in beach and grass volleyball and most people have the Oakley Sutros and people have been complimenting these glasses all the time. The final thing...the rubber on the nose and the side parts actually gets a little sticky as you sweat, which makes the glasses more secure on your face....most of my other glasses do the exact opposite. This does leave too little red marks on my nose after playing, but it's worth it for how secure and light they feel on my face.

I was looking for something a little more modern than the Radar EVs, while still keeping a traditional lens shape with lots of coverage. The EVZero Blades seemed to fit the bill! As soon as I pulled them out of the box, I was astonished at how light they are. Despite this, the Unobtainium on the nose pads and ear socks does a very good job of holding the frames in place. The field of view is superb, although I tend to find myself peeking out over the top of the lenses when riding with my head very low, but without a top frame in the way, vision in this state is still very good. Perhaps due to the lack of weight, I do find myself adjusting the glasses while on my face quite a lot. Lacking any frames, they do let in a fair amount of breeze. My eyes definitely feel more exposed with these than with the Radars. It's not clear if the lenses are interchangeable. The nose pad unclips to make cleaning the whole lens a little easier, but I haven't yanked at the temples hard enough to see if they come off, too. Regardless, Oakley doesn't currently sell replacement lenses for this shape and the lenses are 100% exposed in the event of a fall.
