I have a pair of Holbrooks in many different styles, the full metal frames, the mix frames, and the plastic frames. This style fits my face very well, and covers all stray light just right for me. I'm a huge fan of steel/prizm sapphire color combo. These are quite a classic style.

I have had quite a few pairs of Oakley sunglasses over the years and always loved them. After I dropped my last pair down the side of a mountain I thought I would go a bit cheaper and buy bloc which I have written off a good few pairs and always found then good quality at the price. Eventually though I bit the bullet and shelled out for some new Oakley's and God have I missed them, some cheaper ones are good but they aren't Oakley. The Holbrook mixed look smart, they're comfortable and like so Oakley sunglasses have fantastic clear lenses. Like any sunglasses though it's personal preference and whether you feel they suit you and your face shape, I recommend trying on before you buy as with any sunglasses.

I love Oakley sunglasses. I had the same pair previously before I lost them paddleboarding. It seems they have changed the lens slightly to be not mirrored but other than that they are great.Very impressed with shade station. Good price and speedy delivery. Would use again

I bought these glasses because they are ANSI standard. They’re comfortable and great for any use I need them for. Casual outings, outdoor range practice, hiking etc. They are practical, durable and what any guy would want in sunglasses.

Amazing Clarity, scratched easy

I received these as a gift for Father's day a month ago. I was blown away by the visual clarity when looking thru the polarized prizm lenses. Simply amazing. The look and feel are also fantastic. I've owned all major brands of shades and this pair quickly became my all time favorite. After owning them for less than 30 days. I dropped them and the lens scratched. Now I need replacement lenses and I am absolutely devastated. I was surprised at how easy they scratched. Only downside

An overall great pair of sunglasses

I purchased these last summer in matte root beer with prizm tungsten polarized lenses. I absolutely love them! The lenses do have an additive clarity effect and make certain colors really pop. The fit around the head is perfect for me. They also feel well built. I do agree with some of the other reviews in that the lenses seem to scratch a little easier than expected. This is the only downside, especially considering that I keep them in the protective microbag they come with when I'm not wearing them. Otherwise, I highly recommend these!

Great buy, worth the cost

Just one week in - feels like physically sturdy materials. In comparison to the Silvers that I owned before, these are a little heavier.Prism polarized lens on these are super clear, and the highest quality I’ve owned. Haven’t tested around water yet. There is a slight pinkish/reddish tone to the view when wearing these, but completely eliminate the bright reflections. Great for driving. Pleased, and would repeat my purchase.

Holbrook mix

Great value for the price. The look and fit is perfect. Mix definitely combines the best of the two styles. I tried on all three at the Oakley store and the mix was definitely the most comfortable. The lenses are not the best but that is more personal opinion than fact. The only imperfection I could find was on the marking on the inside of the frame. One of the letters has more paint on it than it should but it did not smudge and is not noticeable unless it it pointed out. I would definitely purchase again.

Lens quality

Frames and design are great. This is my fourth set of holbrook mix with prizm lens. These only have the “prizm” look at the very top of the lens. Looking straight and everywhere else, everything is very dull. Not really happy with these. Whether is quality control of just the fact they are blue. My brown lens are more bright and vibrant coloring than the blue lens.

They are the best

I bought these sunglasses now for the third time because of damage while skiing and lost the second ones. The glasses are of perfect design and the prizm polarized lenses are the best you can get. So I now have five different Oakley`s already but I like these most. Too bad that this model is not produced anymore, but the full metal Holbrook that I also have are also one of my favorites. So go for Oakley, forget the rest and save lifetime by not searching for the best sunglasses.
