We have only had this product for a short time so cannot say much about it. So far it is as described on the website and looks very good. It is very comfortable to walk on. We are hopeful it will give us years of good use.

The blush and terracotta colors are lovely and feminine but not too girly. The rug feels soft and lush when you walk on it. The patterns are traditional but the colors are modern and compliments today's trends in decor and linen. I used the rug for my bedroom. It has brought the overall room's style and colors together. I am very happy and would recommend others to purchase.

Bought this for my nursery and it is amazing. Colours are very true to what is shown online.The feel of it is super silky and smooth and soft. Very thick pile on it, I bought a rug pad to go under it to make it even more cushioned but it honestly doesn't need it and we have it on a tiled floor.

Pattern and quality is good. The photo is extremely misleading as the colour is more brown than orange, making it appear quite dirty. Would not have purchased the rug if the colours were correctly listed.

Terrible

I’ve just received an email asking for a review on the rug I received but I didn’t receive it and it’s been almost a month. I sent 3 emails and only got a response after the 3rd from a very rude person named Sarah who told me check with the couriers myself and there was no way they were refunding me for the rug I never received after paying over $1000 for it. They never responded to my last email. So I’ve no rug and no update as to when I’ll receive it. The only thing I received was an email asking me to review my rug 🤣 I would not recommend ordering a rug with this company there is terrible customer service too. Please do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.
