got my perm done on 07/06/23 and even left it in for maximum time and it didn't curl my hair. I have shorter hair so it should of curled. I have no wave or curls. now it's 07/13/23 with a wedding on Saturday and I have straight hair!! NOT happy with this product!! I have tried this product before and same results, did they change formula? Very disgusted with the product!

This might work really well if you have long and slightly thinner hair. It was used on shorter to medium hair and some sections did not take no matter what we did while others were very curly until it was first rinsed out. The strands that were somewhat curly only lasted a few days, was disappointed about this product.Yes, it smells terrible but it is a perm kit and every single one likely will smell as strong and pungent as this one. Use old towels and keep those windows open.

Ordered home perm treatments that wife says have gone sky high in price. Dis my research and found Best Price at "The Online Drugstore". Had never bought from this site and saw a few less than favorable reviews but I figured my money would be covered if I got ripped off since I used PayPal. The items were ordered on Saturday and arrived on Thursday. They were packed securely. I would use this company again.
Gave it a one star because you can't go lower than that. I don't know if this got frozen because of the weather delay or if it's really just this bad but the curl stayed in for about 2 days. Never had a perm that did this before. All others have lasted at least 6 months some more than 6 months.
My wife is elderly and has dementia. While living several miles away from my daughter, I'e always helped her with a permanent using a different product, (Toni). Your product had better reviews so decided to try them. My spouse seems thoroughly pleased with yours. Lucked out on Valentines day, my daughter arrived and installed the perms that I ordered, she was also pleased. Will stick to your product in the future.
This is packaged for shipping with inadequate padding. I have ordered several times recently and the boxes inside the shipping package are crushed, torn and damp from the permanent wave solution leaking. When I ordered this product before this was never a problem. Also the perm is excellent, when you get the kit in good condition.
This is the first I’ve permed my own hair in 20 years. The cost of getting it done was getting out of control. I know how to roll, always got great results. This perm didn’t quite fill the bill. The wave and body are okay. But the smell! It’s been over 3 weeks and my hair still smells. I’ve used different scented shampoos and it still smells. Yuck! I’ll be finding a different one nest time.
The home perm is very good.I have used this brand for over 20 years. But this time the delivery packaging was too poor, liquid things were sent in plastic bags. When the plastic bag was opened, there was a smell of solution, everything inside was scattered, and the solution leaked out from the mouth of the bottle. It used to be packed in a box.
I used the gray and white rods so it gave me more like a body curl for my thin hair. Since I am on a fixed income This was the best option for me. Just took time to wind properly. And of course it has the same smell as the beauty shop! Budget wise excellent product especially if you have a friend who helps
