Terrible, terrible design

The packaging of this product actually makes me angry. Did anyone in the marketing department even try using this bottle? The conditioner is too thick and the bottle is made of rigid plastic so it's very difficult to squeeze, and doesn't spring back so it ends up with a kink in it preventing the conditioner from coming out. The lid of the bottle is round so you can't even rest it upside down. Basically, you've made it impossible to actually get at the product. I set this aside to use as backup conditioner but having tried to use it again today, I've decided it's going in the bin and I will certainly never buy any OGX product again. What a waste of time, effort and money because of a stupid design 'oversight'.
