Just an FYI this fabric stains easily and come out of the box with hand prints on it. We have managed to remove most of the stains and have scotch guarded the fabric.The bed itself is beautiful and looks stunning once assembled.

This distributer is asking for more information regarding the faulty item. The bolts do not match on one side of the bed, have provided photos and now they want a video. This is the second faulty item received from the same distributor. Hopefully the 3rd item is not faulty 😞

Not good, I want my money back. This product came with wet instructions so made it hard to follow. The package had missing pieces and was therefore unable to put it together making the purchase pointless. The velvet fabric seems cheap, when you touch it the fabric easily stains which is impractical for a bed frame for every day use. The instruction manual did not provide accurate steps of how to put the bed together and after following step by step process, you will end up with screws placed in the wrong section.
