This is one of the first 'calming' blends that I genuienly love the smell of. I use it in my diffuser and it has a pleasent, calming smell, without overpowering lavender. Perfect for unwinding at night. I even use it in when I'm washing my sheets
Geranium is the strongest scent. Lavender, rose geranium, bergamot and rosewood not detected at all. Geranium isn’t a particularly pleasant smell, good for orchids, but not for smelling. Not listed on the ingredients either.
Lovely blend to use daily. The fragrance lasts throughout the night even when the diffuser is turned off. Very calming and allows you to get a clear mind prior to bed.
